Our order was taken....was ready at a reasonable time....food was good.......but when I went back up to the counter to get some seasoning for the fries as they had none and was completely ignored by the young man that was supposed to be working the front line. He was taking orders for the drive thru a girl was getting the drinks and another boy handing food out. I wound up standing at the counter waiting after numerous employees saw me, but never offered to help. There were a total of 4-5 people working the kitchen. Meanwhile there were 3 more customers behind me. One finally walked out due to their slowness. It seems with all the fast food restaurants, the drive thru is TOP PRIORITY and completely ignore everyone in the lobby. Workers want $10-15 an hour, but the food and service is stagnated. IF they even show up for work.
Had a salad and a basic chicken sandwich with no drinks or sides. Salad was not bad but the sandwich was small and very mediocre. Our total was almost 25$. The sandwich was 7 dollars?? Not sure if we were overcharged, but definitely not coming back. Way overpriced for what it was.
Longest drive thru line any and everywhere. Lines literally to the turning lane. That’s my only complaint. I’ve had some friends who worked at this location, they used to have the drive thru line 2 to 2 and a half min.. Not really sure what happened but 30 min waits just aren’t worth it to me.
My girlfriend and I had never tried Zaxby's, so on a recent trip into Chattanooga we decided to give their boneless wings a try. The Nuclear sauce was very tasty, and the Insane sauce hurt us very much. A+!
Dry clean and well run. Food was good.
I've never seen food that was so nasty and the assist at the window is rude ascrap spent 20 bucks still had to come home ND cook second week this place has took my money with no food. After them leaving out half my oder last week I gave them another chance and they failed ?
Didn't put dipping sauce in my bag. Food was fresh and hot.
I was the first car in line when they opened, therefore the fries should have been fresh and better than usual.Unfortunatly they were very dry like they had been setting out for several hours under the heat lamp.The chicken was good but the past few months it seems the fingers get shorter and shorter.Will not be going back until improvements are made.
Service is friendly and quick. The food is smack your biological stepdad into a coma good.
Got there at 940pm I'm clear they close at 10pm waited in line that was slow and I understand but when I got to the order box they told me they had closed after leaving us in line for over 20 minutes. They should have taken everyones order that was there before they closed since it not our fault they were slow
