Every time I go and ask for their Zaxby’s sauce, they say it’s in the bag or it’s extra. It’s always ranch. I asked for the sauce today, and even after paying extra for it—no sauce. Overpaid for someone’s Cobb salad (that was not what I ordered). There was obviously training happening, but instead of checking to make sure all was good.. the management made a scene towards the crew. Very unprofessional.
UPDATE: Four week later and I am still waiting for them to call me back... Interesting how they will say anything to get you to leave their store when they owe you money.On April 17th I was charged twice for my order due to an app issue and they still prompted me to enter the store and order in person, continuously reassuring me that the charges on my card for the previous two orders would not go through. So after two failed orders and one order in person, I was repeatedly assured that my $24.02 would be returned to me. It was not. About 2 weeks later I returned to the store and who I presume was a manager was condescending to me acting like I did not know how to check my own bank statement, repeatedly telling me that the pending charges would drop. I had told her several times at the charges were not pending and to have posted to my account but she continued to tell me that my pending charges would drop. Eventually, she implied I should file a dispute with the bank if I wanted the money back. She also told me that she would look into it and that she would follow up with me after taking my name number and email address. She stated that she did not have the ability to grant refunds, however the email correspondence I received stated that the stores are required to issue refunds, not the online service. I have not heard back from this store since. This company took $24.02 from me and will not give it back.
I wouldnt even rate if I could the food was cold and disgusting not worth eating the fries wasn't done they were cold we waited for 20 mins on our food to find out they gave it to someone in the drive thru and didn't let us know until we asked what was taking so long they really need to drug test their employees the guy working the front reeked in marijuana along with other employees sitting in the dining area will never ever eat there again..
We picked through for the kids an they tried to eat the tenders they were dry and the fries were cold like the food had been sitting for a hour or so
Worst experienceOrdered 5 meals girl at window put 4 meals in a bag and handed them to me without looking to see if I had the correct food. Then I tell her I have 4 and I'm supposed to have 5 she says what do you have I said I don't know I didn't bag them up. She slammed the window in my face then when I looked at my food to realize what I was missing she comes back to the window with an attitude and says that I didn't have to get an attitude with her.I said I wasn't that you work here mam. She took all my food back into the window to look through it. Then I could hear her talking about me loudly through the window. She finally gave my food and no apology. I'm emailing corporate rite now. This was unprofessional behavior.
Very nice and understanding when going through the drive-thru was on my way to work grabbed food for me and my girlfriend less then 2-5mins in an out appreciate the business
Very disappointed. I ordered a 6 piece finger meal with 2 Cole slawsand ranch instead of fries. I received a 3 piece zax snack...no ranch no Cole slaw. I will be calling the store today. I still have receipt and pictures.
Staff was short handed and overwhelmed. Drive through was backed up and took several minutes to order. Usually it’s a better experience, but not today.
They made it to where you have to get out and go inside to pick up togo and delivery orders. I never feel like doing that and shouldn't have to. And with covid around I'm not going inside around other people to pick up an order. They know they can simply hand orders at the drive through like most fast food places? Won't be coming back.
