I felt like I had to leave a review for the Wendy's on Cummings Hwy. My husband and I went to the drive through yesterday, 6/4/22, and I was so amazed and happy with how polite and friendly the staff are there! And... our order was completely correct. :) We will be going to Wendy's from now on because we've not had this kind of treatment at any other fast food restaurant in the Valley.
Dining room closed, and we can't use the drive through because of the height of our truck. Everywhere else, has an open dinning area.
I ordered a big bacon classic no bun and I get home an hour later and find out it's a bourbon burger and I can't even eat it cause I'm allergic to wheat. Now it's too late to replace it. The lady who took our order gets it wrong everytime we go. And she's very rude too.
When we arrived to this Wendy’s we realized the dining was closed so we went through the drive through. My mom was pulling a flat bed trailer so we had to stay a couple feet away from the intercom so we wouldn’t hit anything. So I got out and walked up to order. I stood there for 5 minutes, I said “hello” expecting some sort of response but it was dead silent. We ended up leaving and as we passed the windows we saw workers inside just standing there. We are not impressed with the service at this Wendy’s.
Would have given 5 stars if we had been able to dine in. This location always gives us great service and good, hot, fresh food.
I usually enjoy food from Wendy’s but this store everytime I’ve gone in this year the food has caused me stomach problems. Like today November 24 2021, I order me my husband and my daughter some food, I like simple stuff so I ordered a nugget meal regular. My husband had no complaints on with is classic chicken sandwich. It was just me, my nuggets and fries tasted like poison. Like when you were a kid that’s left a bad tange in your mouth I tried to ignore it and continue eating. That tastes is still in my mouth and has made sick enough to take medicine and still feel like I need to vomit. I don’t care how much my husband likes y’all’s food I’ll probably never eat at the Wendy’s again. And I live in the area. Serves was great thought they were doing their best, but the food just didn’t taste right.
I like Wendy’s. But I love when they pay attention to your order. Great service, it was slow but they were busy and still got everything right.
actually one of the better Wendy's in Chattanooga. Lady manager was very nice.
$4 and $5 meals are a great deal. One of our main places to stop when we need something fast.
Closes at 8pm sat in drive thru 15 mins now it’s 730 guy at speaker says we are closed….. hmmm it’s 730 and close at 8. I guess they make their on hrs up. Wendy’s ant Wendy’s anymore was better when Dave Thomas had it.
