I went to Velo Coffee Roasters for a Tow. I have never been here before had no clue they where even here. I was talking to a gentleman named Andrew super nice guy. I asked him what they do he said Roast Coffee etc. I asked if they offer Cappuccino so he went in and got me one it was AWESOME. He was very friendly super nice with a great attitude. I will return for coffee and I definitely suggest giving them a try.
Having travelled in USA for almost three weeks, we seriously were trying to get a good cappuccino and we finally did! Perfectly made, milk frothed correctly, good ground coffee, thank you!
This is a coffee roaster who also happens to have a small array of offerings available, so don't go in thinking this will be your full on coffee shop experience. That being said, the quality is always great and the cappuccinos are the best in town. Expect full fledge hipster vibes from the staff.
This place is legit! Definitely the best coffee place downtown. It gave me Brewster’s vibes (Animal Crossing). I got an AeroPress brew and my wife got an iced latte, both were delicious. And they’re open on Sundays! Will be back, for sure.
Obviously high quality coffee with several brewing methods available. Enjoyed a black Americano: the Ethiopian beans were slightly sour but very smooth. Cool industrial location and outdoor seating area as well. Friendly staff too.

What a great place. Fantastic coffee. Great service. Cozy environment. Great selection of beans for purchase. Single origin coffee was amazing.
I'm not a coffee drinker, but I have been looking into it. This place was a good place to try out for me. It has a pretty limited selection, but they do what they do to a high degree of skill. They offer chemex, aero press, and a few other brewing methods. All for a pretty good price. We had cappuccinos and it was pretty good.
Horrible customer service! I’m giving them 2 stars because the coffee is good. However their customer service is horrible! I ordered 3 espressos but the barista decided to sell me their “top” brand called microlot. I wasn’t given the option to chose, he didn’t ask me if I want to try this brand. Simply charged me for it even though I asked for regular espresso. It’s not about the extra $6 I paid but the fact that he didn’t even bother to ask me made me think that the guy didn’t care about repeat customers! I’ve been to other coffee shops that sell similar experience but they always give you additional details about the farm the more expensive coffee comes from and they give you the opportunity to chose. Never coming back to this place!
My favorite coffee shop in Chattanooga. Espresso is always dialed and drip never fails. Pretty sure I have tried every drink on the menu at this point and have loved every one of them. The staff is the best and will always be returning here for coffee. Also the best spot for whole beans.
