The burgers seem a little pricy, but they are big! I had "the steakhouse" which came with U.S. barbecue sauce, bacon, atomic horsey sauce, crispy onion, cheddar cheese and green onion. The fries were good and crispy. We sat outside as was busy inside. The service was excellent. The server never forgot about us even though we were the only ones outside. Highly recommended.
Today was my first time at Urban Stack, and it won’t be my last. The service was incredible, and the veggie burger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The fries and onion rings were also incredible. I was so pleased with experience that I’ve been raving about it to everyone I’ve talked to since.We landed on Urban Stack because they have a wonderful vegan selection and also have food for our carnivorous friends. We all left happy.Great food, great drinks, great service. Awesome atmosphere and a big parking lot behind.
What a great dining experience tonight! Brooke took our drink order and gave us a tour of the menu. Eric took our order and gave us great service. The food was very good. I had a burger that was awesome and the Mac and cheese I had with it was super good also. You should give this place a try for sure!

We were told about this place by a local and we love burgers so we decided to give it a try. It was pretty good! The burgers were perfectly cooked and the shakes were absolutely delicious BUT they didn't quite measure up to our favorite burger place in Texas so we had to knock one point off. Definitely worth a stop though! Oh...FYI: the pickle plate is NOT fried Pickles. We didn't like it at all...just saying. The staff is super friendly as well so major plus. One downside...we had to pay to park and walk a block to get here. Too bad more restaurants in Chattanooga don't have their own parking lots.
Yes, they have really great food and lots of options! There are yummy burgers with beef or alternate ingredients. However, it was their service which truly impressed us. It was truly one of the best my wife and I have ever had. They went above and beyond to make sure their food did not contain any ingredients to which my wife is horribly allergic. But the professional attitude, acceptance, and reassurance both our waiter and the manager displayed during our visit brought us so much joy that we were nearly moved to tears. We are not exaggerating when we say every restaurant should strive for this level of service. God bless and thank you for the wonderful food and incredibly kind service, Urban Stack!!!
I like it here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fervent. The drinks are well made. The food is well made tasty. I recommend to anyone wishing for a pleasant experience in casual dining.
The food was so good. The burger options are long and great. Even had vegetarian and vegan options, which were tasty as well. My picky son ate all of his food, which says a lot for them. Even the adult beverage selection is great. Must try if you’re in the area.
We had a great experience here! We walked in on a Friday night, the place was very busy and we were seated within 10 minutes. They were really efficient. Every server passing our table was attentive, friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were excellent! Service outstanding. Highly recommend the Jive Turkey sandwich and the steakhouse burger (love the sauce). Prices are very reasonable as well. We’ll be back!!
Excellent burgers with a large variety of toppings available. Thick, homemade patty cooked to perfection. Best sweet potato fries I’ve ever eaten. Cudos to the chef!
