Business meal for 8 with reservation. Timing was good, service was good and food was great.

Given the reviews, we had high expectations for the cuisine. It was average. Biscuits were dry, the fried chicken (with waffles) was excessively greasy. Just disappointed the food did not live up to expectations.

We went for brunch and I was looking forward to a good cup of coffee. When it came, it was lukewarm. I asked for cream and sugar and was provided artificial sweeteners. I asked for sugar and was told they donât provide sugar for coffee. I went to a coffee shop right outside the restaurant and bought a cup of coffee to go with my breakfast.
This is the second time we have come to Tupelo. We remembered from our first visit how much we liked it. So we made reservations so we didnât miss out on this fine southern dining experience. Our waitress had the southern belle accent down to a T as she is truly from south of even Chattanooga. Food is excellent as are their cocktails. The debutant cocktail was great. Their rosemary cracked potatoes were so very good.
The biscuits were fresh. The coffee was strong and hot. And excellent service all the way around. What more could I ask for?
Our food was outstanding and so was the service. I will definitely be back to eat at Tupelo Honey in the future.

The food & service was outstanding. My son & I made reservations to have dinner before we went to see RiverDance at the auditorium. It was a wonderful experience and our waitress was wonderful. Very kind & attentive. My son made the comment he was definately going to tell his friends about your restaurant!
