I always enjoy my smoothies from Ttopical Smoothies Cafe. I love the Lean Machine. Hands down it's my favorite. I get them as a meal replacement. The only bad thing is I wished I'd could afford to get one everyday! ?
Wow just wow! No hi welcome to tropical smoothie, no hello, no what can we make for you today, just sass with an are you ready? No smiles on any of the three girls that were working. Where’s the positivity and excitement? The warm welcome for customers that are paying that keeps you to have a job and tips..It was bad enough for me as I watched a younger boy take his date here. What an awful date when your surrounded by sad and miserable employees. Some rules for better customer service. SMILE! GREET CUSTOMER! THANK THEM! It’s not that hard.. but because these girls can’t do that, and there manager obviously doesn’t care about their guests and the environment they’re in. That alone makes it so I won’t be back..
The smithies are amazing. The food is okay nothing special. The only thing that I dislike is they don't have anything to drink but smoothies, so if you have someone within your group that does not like smoothies this is not a good place.
Had been traveling and decided to stop in to get all 3 of us smoothies. Only one person was ahead of us in line, 4 people behind the counter, yet it took a while to get our smoothies. All 3 of our smoothies were done at separate times, so we had to all wait for each of us to get our drinks. Also they used brown banana in one of our drinks, which is unacceptable, but we didn't want to wait any longer as we needed to get back on the road. Once we got to the car, 2 of the smoothies had already turned mostly into liquids. We've gotten smoothies in Fl on hotter days and never had this issue. Not sure what happened here, but we won't stop again when we're in town.
First let me say the smoothies are awesome this review is based off the cup. I don’t like the paper cups at all the smoothies melt 3x faster. I ordered online when I arrived to pick up my smoothie the texture was already changing. Please go back to Styrofoam cups
Love these smoothies. The amazing employees always have a smile on their face and treat you like their best friends. Always a nice stop for a nice refreshing drink.
I live in dalton and I happily make the drive to go to this tropical smoothie cafe! All the young ladies are kind and amazing with the customers! I come for the smoothies and the service
Ordered a salad through doordash and when Is it arrived, the bag was sealed, appropriately, but the whole point of having a thai chicken salad is The peanut dressing. There was no dressing. I called the restaurant and immediately the girl got very defensive telling me that it's not her responsibility and that all transactions need to be taken up through doordash. I explained to her that I didn't want my money back, I just wanted her to be aware that there was no dressing. Once again, she was rude rude rude!
Pretty good place to grab a smoothie, I can't speak to the taste of the drinks as I am currently on a no sugar diet but they can and do accommodate that request which was wonderful.
Never thought I'd get food at a Smoothie place but they have some great options for breakfast, lunch, or light dinner. The food tastes great too! Will be adding this to our list of lunch spots..
