Sushi was very good, service was very slow, but to be fair they were very busy. To be this busy on a Monday night probably means they are well liked.

Great sushi and hibachi meals. I had a sushi roll and my husband & daughter had steak hibachi meals. The sushi was very good, and my husband said it was some of the best hibachi he's ever had (note it is not made in front of you). Would definitely recommend!

Best sushi in town, hands down. However, it is very pricy. They had amazing specials before COVID. I would probably eat here once a week if they would bring them back, but with the current cost, it's reserved for special occasions only.

My group had a pleasant experience at Totto. We stopped in for a good meal prior to a concert. Several people ordered sushi, while I went with bulgogi. The starters/appetizers came quickly and were (in my opinion) the best tasting things we ordered. I thoroughly enjoyed the sake. The food overall was good, but not outstanding. Service was fair, but they were noticeably busy. I think for the price one would expect a slightly better experience. However, I will definitely be back to try their other offerings.

We eat out in downtown Chattanooga most nights of the week and have experienced many of our local restaurants. That being said, Totto is our definite favorite restaurant and absolutely the best Japanese and sushi restaurant in town. My husband loves the hibachi dinner, and I always have to have the sushi! You can tell that the staff truly cares about providing great service. They are all super friendly and attentive. We’ve been there so many times and haven’t once received poor service or a server who seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The restaurant is also always very clean. We’ve never had a doubt about cleanliness there. We think anyone with high cleanliness standards would be happy eating at Totto. Most visits, we are greeted by a manager (Noah) at our table who makes sure we’re being taken care of. From our viewpoint, management helps the team out more than we’ve seen in other restaurants, which helps the restaurant flow.Overall, we think management is doing a very fine job, and we would recommend Totto to anyone!

We went on a Monday night and although it was busy, they text you when your table is ready so you have the option of walking around instead of waiting. Service is always friendly and competent, and we enjoyed our food.I love the salmon skin maki rolls.

Food was delicious, but I'd say the price was a little steep for the portion. I had one of their cocktails. It was absolutely delicious. I definitely feel like I spent a bunch of money and left still hungry, but the sushi chefs and the service were absolutely wonderful, so I can't complain too much

Took my daughter here for her 18th Birthday. Everything was fantastic!! She loved the Bento Box and the Sushi was fantastic! Will definitely be back

Sushi and poke bowl were both fresh and delicious! My group came in near closing time (which I hate to do) and the staff were very friendly. Prices not bad for the quality. Highly recommend the Frazier Fire sushi roll!! Although be careful because they leave an actual fire at your table. No joke. This sushi is fire. ??
