Cool location (near the Incline Railway place). Hefeweisen was good. Bartender was extremely nice. Server was nice, too, but was alone and clearly needed more help. Got the Trio App--hummus, trout dip, pimento cheese spread. Trout dip was excellent, hummus was good too. My friend said the pimento was pretty good. I'd go again if they had more staff so the service wasn't so slow. Like I said, the lone server was obviously working hard and doing her best. but she really needed some help.
I've been here twice and didn't even get anything alcoholic to drink because I'm pregnant, but the food is good enough to keep me coming back! The Club Sandwich, the IPA sandwich, Soft Pretzel, and the potato salad were all delicious. It's a kid friendly taproom which is nice, and also dog friendly for the outdoor seating. The wait staff was also super friendly and great for both visits. Can't wait til I can come back and actually try some of the beer.
Beer cheese pretzels are amazing!! Server went into the office with a dude and totally abandoned us. Exotic Burger was good. Warning comes out rare. Beers were cool - not cold. Decent place if there was a manager to run the place. No apology when I had to go to the bar to pay for my meal. Hopefully that wasn’t the norm.
The cider was OK. But the beer cheese was clearly broken from having sat at a high temperature in the back for a long time and they served it anyway. Stay away from the beer cheese. When I mentioned it to the server, she comped the side of ranch salad dressing (which I don’t feel is a commensurate way to address this issue, so I docked another star.
The Tap House is convenient to Lookout Mountain attractions and the huge beer selection is a great way to cool down. The burgers are delicious! Wait staff is friendly and the atmosphere is casual.
Great burgers with many beer choices, some brewed at the site. great service and great atmosphere! Very close to Lookout Mountain.
What a tasty experience. The flight really made things take off. There were so many great options. The Blt was on sourdough and just scrumptious with the jalapeño, bacon creamed corn.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Were nice enough to explain drinks and the variety they had. I went and it wasn't crowded at the time. 21+ only though which wasn't the best but understandable. Not much for kids to do anyway.
Decent food, decent experience. Nothing to write home about. It's a sportsy bar kinda place with VERY loud acoustics. Chairs at the tables had these very low backs - not very comfortable.
This place is great! They are also sober friendly with a ton of N/A option from speciality sodas with root beer and butter beer on tap! If soda isn’t your thing they do have some N/A brews: the well being IPA is great!!I gave up alcohol, but didn’t give up drinking with friends so I definitely appreciate this place, and hope more bars in the area follow their lead!
