I'm scared to say this but we've literally never been disappointed eating there. The steaks are always perfectly cooked, the salad and rolls are so good. The staff are always on the ball as well.
First thing I noticed when I walked in is that you could see the kitchen. It was very clean. We were seated and I could tell the table and everything on it was recently cleaned. Our server, Hannah, was friendly, attentive without being intrusive of our experience, and made sure our order was correct. She was perfect! The food was honestly one of the best meals my spouse or I have ever eaten. It was fresh, hot, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. The kitchen killed it! We will be back every time we are in town. It was a flawless experience!
food was good (even though it was cold) and customer service was definitely trash. Spoke to manager and she stated waiter was new. Definitely not a place for brown ppl..all whites!!²
Love …love… love …Texas Roadhouse. It has a Texas down home feel. I love their steaks especially the ribeye. I have dined in and order take out and either way my meal was great. The wait can be long sometimes but it’s worth it. I prefer Texas Roadhouse steaks over Ruth Chris steaks. I can’t comment on other items on the menu because I always order steak from this restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone who loves steaks at a reasonable price. The staff is pretty good too.
Everything was great except the bar. Wanted to charge for two drinks to make a sex on the beach. I’ve never heard of that before. And I refuse to pay $30 for a standard drink
As usual, this is one of the favorite restaurants around town, hence it was very crowded. We were flexible, so we got seats at the bar, otherwise it was an estimated 1.5 hour wait. The service was excellent. The food was good, getting a steak cooked exactly how you want it can be a challenge. This has been the trend at several establishments that serve steak. Overall I will keep coming back.

Easy to access location off of the interstate. Most of the staff we interacted with were polite and delivered fast service.The food tasted fresh and was as always more than we could eat. Definitely a good stop in Chattanooga.
We were traveling from Huntsville back home to Knoxville and really wanted Texas Roadhouse. The closest one to us on the trip was an hour away in Chattanooga. We arrived an hour before close, which we usually don’t do but we really wanted it. Cosmo was our server and was fantastic!!! We ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees. Everything was so delicious!!!! And I’m not kidding when I say best service we’ve had anywhere in a very long time. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and experience.
Betsy is an outstanding waitress. She took very good care of us and made sure we were satisfied. Very respectful towards us. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She is the definition of a perfect waitress. It is rare nowadays to have someone who truly listens to you and treats you with respect. Well done Betsy, this is now one of my top favorite Texas Roadhouse locations.
