Drive through is absolutely terrible. Car in front of me sitting at the speaker to be waited on... A good 15 minutes goes by and finally someone takes their order. By this time I counted 11 cars in the drive through line. Now my turn 13 minutes goes by and finally someone takes my order... What's the problem? 4 cars just got sick of waiting and pulled off but a few more cars are in line (8). Are they short staffed or they just not doing their job? Absolutely ridiculous... Surly the manager knows what's happening. Never Again.
Used to be a good store. Now I'm lucky if I get what I order and when I do it's thrown together. Yesterday my order wasn't cut i added onions they litterly through them one one end my taco was dripping and soggy... the last 3 times I've went to this one its been like that.. my favorite is the middle valley taco bell and Lee hwys isn't bad either..
Whenever you go to this Taco Bell you should always take as much time as you need to check each and every single one of your food items. They will mess things up or forget items all the time which is crazy when they only take one car at time which causes the line for drive thru to go out into the street.The food is good. The organization and order following is poor.
Loved it. They Are always busy but that never slows them down!!! Great work guys and girls!!!
They weren't answering and we sat at the ordering box for nearly an hour and still no one responded, it's only 9:45, and they shouldn't be closed since it closes at 2 am. No one was responding and we saw a bunch of people inside and they didn't respond at all. Just ended up leaving since no one was going to take our order, many others left the line.

Went to get a drive through order and it was taking at least 5 minutes a person and seeing how every other drive through nearby was slammed too I figured they'd have extra staff to help out or something. Either way did not want to spend an hour in line getting food. This location lost out on a lot of customers tonight due to slowness.

Healthier options can be filtered by toggling the big GREEN V - for Veggie Mode. Which eliminates meat options from the entire menu! Then choose FRESCO to eliminate cheese and sour cream! NOTE: Some items that can be made 100% plant-based will disappear from the menu if you toggle the V. Better to choose fresco or the substitute drop down from each ingredient.PROTIP: Tons of freebie add-ons can be accessed on the self-service Kiosk! Sauces, Onions, extra red sauce etc!VEGAN PROTIP: Substitute Black beans for beef, add Jalapeño Peppers, Guacamole, Lettuce, Onions, Seasoned Rice and Extra Red Sauce to the Nachos Bell Grande! I love ordering something that is 95% wrap and 5% internal contents.Empty wraps are sooooo delicious…I might understand if the place was busy, but the location was virtually empty and every product that I ordered was prepared like the cost of the ingredients used were being directly deducted from the worker’s paychecks.If you’re looking for somewhere to eat in this area, I would pass on this spot.
Every time I’ve ordered at this location (regardless if the place is packed or empty), the burritos and tacos are have barely any filling, so your essentially just eating a tortilla. If you’re feeling taco bell, I’d avoid the Shallowford location.
