This goes for all of the Taco Bell‘s. Why would you bring your pizza back and put all over every media outlet that it’s back permanently to turn around one week later because you can’t even get the product. You’re sold out. So now you can’t order them anyway. I’m so done with you Taco Bell. You should’ve thought about that and knowing you couldn’t get any more stuff prior to ever putting it back out. Lost my business for good this time

Decided to have lunch here. As I am entering,an employee is outside near the entrance having a smoke break. I get to ordering and notice the same guy NOW, preparing food. He then has a huge sneeze, barely catching it in his elbow, ( I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP) then proceeds to finish prepping the food, now haven blessed it all with his DNA.I Wish to thank him because I will NEVER eat there again!!!!

Just left the drive thru. Long lines food ice cold, teaspoon of cheese for the fries. Everything should've been fresh as long waited that's what we get for going to board knowing we should've went to Rossville... Wasted money. Food was cold and went straight in the trash

They did not give me my entire order and messed up the order I asked for. They also did not give me any sauce and did not give me a receipt to provide feedback on their survey site, so that’s why I’m posting here. PS, they have never had nacho fries when I ask. Disappointed, and ruined my dinner experience when I got home to eat.

This place could (and should) be SO MUCH better than it is. First, I LIKE TB food. I've been to this location 3 times for breakfast , over the past 3 to 4 months, each time at roughly 7:15AM, and EACH TIME "the coffee machine isn't working". REALLY? I'm guessing if management bothered to come in before 6:59 AM (a full minute before opening) then they'd have coffee. How does a restaurant that serves breakfast not also serve coffee??!!! What are the odds that the ONLY 3 times that they're without coffee are the 3 times I decided to stop in?The 3rd time was this morning. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and actually went back for lunch (I didn't get anything this morning). First, I was in the drive-thru line for 18 minutes, start to finish. When I ordered, the clerk asked if I wanted to 'round up' for a local charity, I said yes. I gave them exact bills for rounding up, & the girl tried to give me change. When I told her that I 'rounded up', she was bewildered, turned around, and PUT THE CHANGE IN HER POCKET!!!!! I guess she thought if she didn't see me, then I couldn't see her doing it! THEN, after the 18 minutes, I got my bag & left. I didn't check it - I should have. 2/3 of the order was WRONG! I'm not done with Taco Bell, but I'm done with THIS Taco Bell for sure. It should be shameful to the company and to the owner. I seriously doubt that it is.

You're better off going to college, getting your BA in business administration, going on to get your MBA, starting a small business, building up a franchise, investing, and purchasing your own Taco Bell franchise. It would be a much quicker and easier way to get food than attempting to order food from here.

This is the most friendliest & happiest employees of Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. Not just today but over the years. Also, the food is always hot & fresh plus quick service.

On 1/14/2022 me and my 2 daughters went through the drive through at 10:20 p.m. and received probably the worse service ever. I had 2 orders and after I finished the first one the lady at the drive through said "before you place this 2nd order, don't order anything beef we only have 30 minutes left of work" so, we ordered and my passenger added guacamole to what she ordered. When I got to the window I asked if she added guacamole and she replied " No it's already made I will just give you a side if it". Then came the rolling if her eyes, the slamming of the cash register, and basically tossing the money and the drinks out the window to us. I will ever eat there again. It shouldn't be a chore to do your job correctly.

Drive thru backed up onto the street around lunch time. Open the dining room lobby if your drive thru cannot accommodate all the cars that want to eat there. Tired of dining room lobbies being closed.

Gave me a bag with beans on the outside. Lobby’s not open and there’s no sign. I subbed beans in the crunch wrap supreme and the beans covered 1/4 of the wrap….
