Sat at the drive thru for over 5 min no one came to the the mic to say anything I finally say something the employee gets and attitude because his staff member was on break sounds like a staffing issue I ask do I need to come in he say “I DONT CARE DO WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO” poor customer services I went in he refuse to serve me bc he stated “you got smart with me” unacceptable you can’t treat a customer with poor customer services because you were not doing your job from the beginning by greeting the customer I have a video to prove everything and that employee should be fired ASAP I will be posting my video for everyone to see I also ask for the general managers number he refused PLEASE DONT GO HERE!
A lot better now that their roast beef is back. But their other sandwiches are good too.
Came in around 11:45 am for an early lunch it was very clean and very relaxed i didn't get the name of the man who made my sandwich but he was fast and efficient it was a good experience

Just like every place on Hwy. 58, it was pitiful. Stale bread, sandwich toasted WITH all the fresh veggies on it, poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and get your food anywhere but on Hwy. 58!!

Spent 55.00 on subs for my family and not one is correct. I called the lady not really looking for a replacement but an understanding and she gave attitude from the jump. My family and myself has been locked indoors with covid for the past 2 weeks finally having an appetite wanted something fresh and this experience was far from that. Pls do better
