So there ever only one person working when I go which makes service slow and difficult since often they are in then back cleaning between customers. I’ve waited close to 10 minutes for someone to come up to help customers. However once someone does help, they are nice and do a great job.
Horrible service! Sat at the drive though for 15 minutes after the girl said she would be right with me just for her to then ask me to come inside. Terrible service and experience!
I will not be back to this location after today. This morning we went in to get two foot longs, and there was one customer in front of us that also ordered two sandwiches. The girl who was making them was so slow, almost like she was just trying to be slow. For her to make the four sandwiches it took her 28 minutes! Also, we both wanted ours toasted and she put them in twice and said there toaster was messed up. When they came out the bread was burnt and the pepperonis on one of the sandwiches were burnt. I told her we did want the burnt bread and so she gave us attitude about it and then put new bread in the toaster. Then She put the burnt meat and cheese on the new bread. The tomatoes were no good and she was actually pulling some out and throwing them away in front of us and continued to put the better looking (but still yucky looking) Tomatoes on our sandwich. I understand we are still going through hard times and everywhere you go people are short staffed, but there was no since I’m what happened today.
This Subway location and the app do not go together. We returned there after a long absence only to get the same result. My husband went in to get his order and was told they didn’t have an order for him, turned her back on him and proceeded to wait on another customer! Finally another lady acknowledged him and told him they didn’t have it. A sack was sitting there and my husband asked about it. Sure enough…Subway, hear us! You’ve got to get it together! We were such great customers there in the past. My husband literally ate Subway every day for an entire year!!! He lost 60 lbs by the way. You are blowing it!The sandwich was fine.
subs are getting smaller and they dont have simple $6 meals anymore.. i wont be bacm
They don’t answer in the drive thru and it’s been this way for months. I don’t know what the employees do while there but they don’t serve customers. Came at 12:45 on a Sunday and myself and 4 other cars left after being impatient. I pulled up to the window myself and honked and did anything to get some service. This place is pitiful regardless of staffing you should acknowledge anyone who pulls into the drive thru

This probably the best subway in Chattanooga even thought they are short handed like everyone else they are still quick and on point all these employees definitely deserve a raise for all the above and beyond they go for there customers
The women here are normally so fast and Soooooo nice! This was my favorite subway. Unfortunately… the man running the drive through on 8/12/2021 was extremely slow, kept telling me to wait almost 10 minutes. If i wasn’t pregnant and craving it… I would have definitely left.
Love this subway! Percy & Juan were the best !
