There were employees inside bu the door was locked at 11:30 am on a Tuesday. They td me it was closed, the open sign was on.
Staff has to be rated #1 at any Subway, Period. They are on top of their game and take the time to make the perfect sub. I got the Meatball with Pepper jack. Perfect with Superb Service. Very Clean Environment. Mask are still highly recommended at this location for the time being.

You are supposed to have a mask on before entering. At least that was on door. Great service as I was having a rapidly falling blood sugar (40 and falling per my glucose monitor) while the girl tried to talk me through my sandwich. She realized something was wrong and I told her I needed cookies and drink because I'm diabetic she stopped what she was doing to quickly give me 2 cookies and point out the drink machine so I could get sugar in me. To help before going back and finishing my sandwich. I did leave a tip after paying just sorry I did not catch her name.

Terrible service!!! My wife was left standing at a locked door for 10 minutes waiting on a pickup order. We got a pizza sub w/modified instructions added bacon (never got) & the managers customer service reply was to be rude to my wife? Our last experience at the East Brainerd store was the store manager stalking my wife out to the her car. We will not be back to Subways in the Chattanooga area!!!!!! Still waiting to speak with someone regarding the East Brainerd incident.

I pull up to the subway at 6:40 pm. They don’t close til 8pm. So tell me why the doors locked and no one is in there. On the door it says they close at 8pm so someone tell me why they were closed when I got there. Some needs to be fired
