Brilliant cafe on the North Shore strip. It's the perfect alternative to Starbucks and a great choice compared to the other coffee shops in the area. Stone Cup offers a generous mural-ized menu that includes vegan options. The vibe is relaxed with big comfortable sofas, exposed brick walls, local art, and Edison string lights. The view from the second floor is great, too, and overlooks the Tennessee River, the walkable Walnut Street bridge, and a portion of the South Shore.Parking is available in the back and on the street.
Best Latte in Tennessee, maybe even America.
Great place to study or meet people the upstairs has some pretty awesome windows and the coffee is up to par! Pretty extensive menu. Sometimes they are understaffed though and so orders are pretty time consuming or they shut the kitchen down.
Amazing Sunday afternoon coffee experience....relaxing and clean atmosphere
My husband and I love walking to this little cafe across the Walnut Street Bridge from where I work. So far I have gotten a dalmatian hot cocoa and a London Fog ?
It’s a great place to hide out for a couple of hours and relax with a close friend of any relation
Nice local coffee shop with lots of seating options. Good coffee and the location is right next to the pedestrian bridge. Service was friendly and prompt. I would be comfortable recommending this place to my family and friends.
Great location on north shore with lots of shops nearby to walk to. The service was quick and friendly and the shop inside was cozy and quiet. There’s an outside deck, but it was too cold today to check it out. My only complaint is that the restroom did not have a changing table. I had to walk all the way down to Coolidge park to change my baby. It would be nice if the cafe could appropriately accommodate all its guests.
I asked for a blended London Fog - and they made it happen. A little pricier than I was hoping for (~$6), but it was worth it for the atmosphere, coffee, and friendly staff. Good internet connection. I had to hunt around a bit to find a seat with an outlet on a Saturday afternoon, but I found one upstairs. Looking forward to returning.
Two stars only because it's good but you can get the same stuff at every coffee shop. Two stars because the guy that works there is rude and you can tell they don't care about children. I have a baby and asked for a hot cup of water to make a bottle. I even offered to pay. I was laughed at and told they might get to that in a minute. Like are you kidding me. That was rude. Also they close at 7 this review is being wrote sitting in the shop at 615. And they are telling everyone they are closed. They had and group of people and more come in after that they sent away. Really just disappointed
