Super efficient! The barista was engaging, patient and kind. We placed a large order, they had it out in a timely manner. The establishment was clean and smelled of fresh pressed coffee. The aroma took me back to the mountains of Columbia. Highly recommend!
Of the stores I've visited, this one is hit or missed. Their drive thru is definitely not on par with the company standards.
Going to this Starbucks has turned me off to ever going to Starbucks again. I’ll be spending my money locally. I was discriminated against by an employee due to the fact that I had a large family. I went up to order and said hello and the person taking my order literally just stood and stared at me. I then placed my order and they didn’t say anything except “name for the order?” Then they glared at my five children who were all standing there very quietly and politely and walked off. It’s a sad day when a company that claims they are all about equality and social justice would hire someone who discriminated against others. Giving two stars instead of one because the coffee was good.
Went through drive-through and originally had my order in mind. Sign had a hand written note listing options they were out of (white mocha, peach flavoring, and oatmilk) — had to change my order. Asked if I could have a moment, and while thinking of what to order the barista kept pushing me to order. I specified what I wanted and they let me know that it was not an option even though I had ordered it before (nitro cold brew with sugar free vanilla syrup).
No political agenda & social warriors here - just Great Service & Starbucks doing what Starbucks is good at! Hey Seattle, WA - if you follow this Signal Mountain location model, perhaps your sales and your stock price will go up. Kudos to the local management!
They gave me the wrong drink, but it was similar enough to what I ordered that I was curious and wanted to try it. I had ordered chai tea but got a green tea latte. It's good! Stains your teeth green but it tastes healthy and good!
Friendly staff. Pro tip: if you're vegetarian and gluten free the kale mushrooms egg bites are pretty tasty and satisfying!
You are the only drive through Starbucks anywhere near the city. Why would you randomly close your drive through and open the interior this morning? We got up extra early to get Starbucks before school. Mom isn’t dressed for anything but drive through for a school run, especially when we’re trying to get out the door extra early for Starbucks. Your interior cafe has barely been open the last two years, no one is going there to hang out. If you’re going to choose between the two, please leave your drive through open.
Drive through was closed at the time. But as always staff were amazing and running like a well oiled machine. Even though it was busy in no time at all I had my drink and was on my way.
I’ve been to this Starbucks a total of four times, each time I have come my order has been wrong. Two times I just took the wrong order the last two times I actually said something. This last time today was the most stressful, I’ve never had any place give me a Frappuccino without a dome lid, smash all topping into a drink when a dome lid is available and then try to tell me that’s how it comes. And when I refuse the drink they some how make it right.I was literally in shock today and the person who was driving was drinking Dunkin’ Donuts and all they could say is you shoulda got Dunkin and shake their head at me ??♀️Come on Starbucks signal mountain. I wanna come here I just want what I order ?
