Really good Starbucks with great staff, good drinks & an easy in & out since there is a traffic light right there. Doesn't have as much of a line around the clock, so it's a good Starbucks to visit in the afternoons with minimal wait times pretty often.
Lovely clean facilities, indoor and out. I missed his name but the tall fella with glasses working the cash register this morning was SO friendly and kind. Wonderful location.
Not a good barista day today. Five minutes at the window for a tall Americano with heavy cream. When it finally comes, it’s overly full, not because of the cream because there isn’t any. It’s watery. When I do get a spot-on drink at this store, maybe one in five visits, I’m so thrilled that I want to thank the barista personally. Today was not that day.
Apparently, the staff was primarily concerned with keeping the drive through times low, as they appeared to only give passing attention to walk in customers.I managed to write and make edits to this review while waiting for my drink. Of note, I waited about 10 minutes after ordering my single drink before I started writing. I can't give an exact time, as I was not offered a receipt at the register.Update: according to my wife, who was waiting in the car, I walked in at 10:18. After collecting my refund and without a drink, I emerged at 10:42.Note: they didn't appear to be busier than usual. My feeling is that the team was mismanaged.
How about when you decide to change your hours you post a sign and let customers know instead of just having your employees ignore the people that are trying to do business with you!! The arrogance in which you treat your customers are amazing! I will find an alternate place after today!
this is such a poorly managed Starbucks location, the only thing keeping me coming back was the Nitro cold brew which wasn't available today because the equipment is malfunctioning. The drive thru line is always long and the staff is never friendly. I'm 86'ing this location permanently and instead going down the block to Scooters - where the service is always top notch and the wait times are appropriate for a coffee drive thru.
This is the closest Starbucks to my home so, naturally, this is the location I would go to. Unfortunately, I've been going to this location since February and 8x out of 10 my drink is wrong. Not at all a difficult drink. Seriously. I've given them several opportunities to get it right. Nice people but I'll be making the drive to Hixson to see if they can make my drink correct at that location. Nice and clean location otherwise.
I just left the Starbucks store on highway 58. I’ve been to this location many times and USUALLY don’t have issues. However today I went through and tried to order a caramel cappuccino, which I’ve ordered just fine from other coffee stores like Duncan Donuts. There was an issue with the woman hearing me over the speaker correctly and didn’t hear me say “iced” so after I corrected her she went to have another person fix my coffee which I only assumed told her she didn’t know how because then a man showed up to the window and asked to ask me a question. “How does one make a cappuccino iced because frankly as a barista i dont know how we could store it and it keep cold”.He proceeded to come off very passive aggressive and rude like I ruined his day by ordering something his store didn’t know how to make. And all I was trying to do was order something else to make it easier on them. After I complained to the woman at the window he never came back to speak to me. He was rude and I will not be back to this location and probably another Starbucks store because even After I just ordered an iced latte instead the woman who handed it to me said they tried to put foam on it. I didn’t ask for foam on my latte!!! I just asked for something different to help with the problem! Your overpriced coffee isn’t worth being talked to like that. Short wait in drive thru and all 4 drinks were made correctly and tasted great
I ordered via drive through and the person running it(Scott T.) was ✨AMAZING✨. He greeted me with a warm welcome and made sure to let me know that the drinks I wanted won’t have certain ingredients due to the store being out. If you ask me he deserves a pay raise ❤️And a paid vacay.
