You would think that a semi-schnazzy spot like a Starbucks would take a large bill, especially after being open for 12 hours, already. Being told there wasn't a few $20s in the whole store to give me change was probably the dumbest lie they could have come up with. Hey, just put a sign in your window like everyone else that can't accept large bills anymore as a policy rather than that bs.
Employees were very nice and remade my drink (but wrong again), please train them to make the iced oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso correctly.
Great place with friendly and enthusiastic people. Definitely ask about the drink of the week and get one of the staffs favorite drinks.
This is the only Starbucks I hate going to in the Chattanooga area. They are SLOW! I don’t know why. The customer service is poor. The guy at the drive through treats people like garbage. Poor quality for a great place

Always get my order right! Very kind!! And the Starbucks in Ooltewah is AWFUL and SLOW and always !!!!!!! MESSES up… so I make The extra drive to come here! Thank you Starbucks team at this location!
What coffee place that specializes in holiday drinks is out of peppermint??? After waiting in line for 15 min. They tell me no peppermint....maybe post that somewhere so I wouldn’t have to wait. When I said I didn’t know what else I wanted she made me sound stupid because the peppermint mocha is the ONLY thing I order. They gave me another random mocha and it taste like ARM PIT SWEAT. Maybe teach your employees to be nicer when you don’t have what they want. I paid $6 for arm pit sweat.
Great place to wait 30 minutes for a black coffee. They were busy, but everyone was moving at half speed, and not working efficiently. The drive through window definitely takes preference to the people that actually walk inside to the establishment. Go to mean mug at hanilton place or Lola beans right up the road. Better service and drinks.
I recently discovered the joys of Starbucks beverages, and I must say this location in particular is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and cheerful and in today’s world it’s a breath of fresh air. They are also very helpful in flavor suggestions and combinations which is fantastic for someone like me. I got went in this morning for a white hot chocolate with almond milk and they made sure to ask if whip cream was okay, twice! They also suggested some different holiday beverages to try. Awesome place! Keep up the superb work!
I have experienced very poor customer service and I will not go there again. I ordered a coffee with cream on the side. She gave me a small cup of cream which was less than half full. She said that they could not give me anymore cream unless I paid for it. I have traveled all across the country and no one has charged me for extra cream for coffee. In a separate trip I ordered a pour over and they ask me to pull around and park and someone would bring it out. The order was forgotten and I waited for too long. I like Starbucks but will not go to this Starbucks.
