This Starbucks is a franchise and DOES NOT accept stars for purchases although you can still earn them. Bathrooms are for customers only and require a key that you can request at the counter. Besides that, it is in a wonderful location next to Renaissance Park. Grab your favorite cup and take a stroll through the park and along the Tennessee River for a great night out.
Starbucks coffee is consistantly very good but it's excellent when my specific condiments are added. This Starbucks has excellent staff! Five stars for the staff !!
It's like the other Starbucks. Kind of small and there's not a lot of free parking spaces.
I continue to come to this location because of the great staff, good vibe and ample seating.

Fancy interior here! The baristas were all so pleasant and welcoming. This location is walk-in only. No drive-through. Quick service!
Last time I come here for anything. They are constantly out of the coffees and the breakfast items. This makes the 10th time I have tried to visit and items were out of stock. Add that to the lack of concern that the cashier had and I will just go elsewhere from now on.
Very nice modern Starbucks, located on the ground floor of a residential building. (There's also a Chipotle a few doors down in the same building). There is a paid parking lot beside the building since it connects to parks and walking paths, but there are free spots for customers of any of the building's retail businesses.
I stop by here on my way to work. It's the same quality you expect from any Starbucks.
Accurate service though one of the staff was very creepy.
