I sat in line 45 min listening to the people talk to each other in the inside. Once the young man heard me say "hey when you going to take my order"he laughed and said what can I get you.Once I placed my order I had to repeat it 3 times because staff were playing around.. once I got my food it was cold and old...I wish I didn't have to give them a star they are horrible and I will be calling corporate.
Drive thru was the only option which was a bummer being I like to order and eat right away but, Heather at the drive thru window was absolutely AMAZING very calm and friendly during the order, she made the wait worth the trip!
By far the worse sonic I have ever been to. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They have chained off every drive up slot. The slots they have left in chained employees are parked in! The drive thru you better have a full tank of gas to support the wait. Seriously so unprofessional here.
About a year ago it was different, but now if I could give no stars I would. Just left after getting food that my husband ordered on the app, we waited at least 15 minutes before hitting the call button just to be told they didn’t have the order, then 5 minutes later they finally brought out the order they said didn’t exist. And to top it off, even though I made no adjustments to my order, it was made wrong.And I thought the Red Bank location was bad…
Ordered two drinks on the app. Pulled up in drive thru. The guy dropped one of my drinks. He never said a word, never said thank you have a good day nothing. They deserve a one star but that is not an option.
I understand there is a staffing shortage but there are the most ridiculous wait times. This isn't a fine dining restaurant, it's fast food. if you're short staffed, pay people more money and staff your restaurant. People in here have no idea what they're doing and they couldn't care less
Not a bad alternative to McDonald's and with a wider selection! And their ice cream machine is probably not broken!
Ordered online, got there I guess they were just closing. But they did leave out my daughter's chicken tenders/Nuggets. And that was the whole reason she wanted to eat there!!!! And considering she's pregnant and that was a craving,so was a bit of a let down.
There's a lady in there that will work alone if she has to and she did yesterday morning. She doesn't take it out on the customers and always has a smile. I don't know her name but she is truly a blessing. Give this woman a rai$e.
Waited ten minutes for a drink that never showed up. Had to leave when my daughter started crying. Customer service at every Chattanooga area Sonic is absolutely trash.
