I'm sure or assume it's because of lack staff... But drive thru backed up all the way around the building, tried to get in a stall. Had to wait 5/10 minutes... Then got stuck for 15mins trying to get out. Because of the drive thru line... Tried hitting the call button twice. No response.Maybe, just like every where else, better pay more staff?But then a walk up order gets in and out in less than 5mins!?!Not today for sonic
Twice I went and twice didn’t get what I ordered because even though I got there early enough I waited so long I was going to be late to work! I wasted money both times! I get you are busy but the Sonic in Red Bank Tennessee is busy a lot and I never wait long for my things especially when I order off my APP. I don’t complain just to complain but I never got my stuff and paid for it.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. We just went through the drive thru, ordered the Dill Burger, Dill Fries, and Mozzarella sticks. Got a triple bacon cheeseburger that the meat looked old and probably cooked from this morning, cold Mozzarella sticks, but I guess we should be happy about the Dill Fries, even though they were soggy and cold as all get out. This used to be my favorite place to go for the Corndogs, and Coneys, alway hot and always fresh. But this place sucks now, and thier meat is disgusting. Don't order any type of burger from this place.
Got there at 7:45 left at 8:03 cuz they where super slow at drive threw and the staff where all in a bad mood. I ordered the brownie batter shake and it tasted like coffee. And my boyfriends cake batter shake tasted like coffee and had chocolate all down the cup.Didn't like the service Today. And we have gotten food from here a few times and never had that big of a issue.
Whoever the new male manager is is a terrible person. Literally terrible. I watched him yell at 6 different patrons. He yelled at 2 girls who were waiting for their orders that “they need to go through the drive thru because of Covid” meanwhile he isn’t wearing a mask nor are any of his staff so is he really worried about Covid. He then yelled at another women who rang and stated she had been waiting for 15 minutes and just wanted to know how much longer for her food and he told her “You’re not the only one here you know” and then ran outside to chastise her further. He forgot my sauce while hovering over the poor drive thru worker obviously making her (16 max he was way too close) very uncomfortable. She apologized profusely for his bad attitude and unprofessionalism and was trying to work the drive thru that was obviously very busy alone. This manager also allows for the handicapped spot to be covered by an Alabama Football parking fans only logo (ADA violation) and has stickers for a “Hemp Dragon Dispensary” advertised in the drive thru. I would get rid of this man ASAP.
Went through sonic on Sunday March 6th around 4:30th ish and tried to order two drinks. Then gentleman had came over the headset and had replied with “I’m sorry but we are currently not taking orders at this time” I pulled up to the road to leave and two guys with head sets on were outside smoking a cigarette chilling outside.
I went in the drive thru tonight and the white girl at the window had a stank attitude and it seemed like she was upset about being at work. I was nice and everything and thanked her for my order. If you hate your job just quit
I went to Sonic and only wanted two things the Oreo waffle cone and a Oreo blizzard place my order waited, waited the drive-thru emptied out four or five cars in the car hop area where I was came and left and I'm still waiting so after about 15 to 20 min I left. It was the worst service I have ever received at a fast food place.
I would give no stars if I could. After sitting there for 10 minutes to place my order (remind you theres only like 3 cars in the whole parking lot) nobody ever came over. You lost my business. Get it together sonic.
Made sure to get my order right. Was precise and quick with my order. Did was hot and good, the drinks were nice and cold!
