Great place for drinks. My only complaint is that the cups were sticky and had something on them and we didn't get any napkins to wipe them off. Other than that it was great. Order ahead in the app and they'll have it ready when you get there.
I’m sorry to complain, but this is my fourth time coming around 7:30 in the morning after I get off work and no one is here and all of the lights are off. If you’re closed, could you please update the hours so I don’t waste my time and gas? Again, I’m so sorry about complaining.
How come it’s so hard to put marinara sauce in the bag every time we ask? (Which we shouldn’t have to ask actually since it’s supposed to come with mozzarella sticks)
They have the best soft serve....it's very dense and pairs well with the toppings
My boyfriend and I visited this location around a month ago. We ordered from one of the stalls and it took a while for our food to arrive, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a huge problem.While we were waiting, the lady serving people stops by our car asking us if we ordered two milkshakes. We didn't, and thought it was strange she didn't know who to deliver them to.After our food arrives, we notice they handed us chili cheese fries instead of the regular fries I ordered with my burger. I thought "Eh… they must have misheard me, but I like chili fries too, so no big deal." We started eating them as my boyfriend examines the rest of the food in our bag and we realize nothing in it is what we ordered. A minute later, the woman comes out to our car, which was still parked in the stall, and told us there had been a mixup. We tell her that we already ate some of the chili fries and she responds with "Wow..." like it was rude of us to just roll with it and eat what they gave us.She TAKES the food she originally gave us back (aside from the chili fries) and when our actual order comes out, it was wrong too. I don't think I'll be back here anytime soon.

Red Bank Sonic on Dayton Blvd gave me a faulty milkshake cup with a lid that didn’t fit and kept falling off. messed up my cheeseburger twice and made me pay for it again both times. should not have to be charge for something that’s the businesses fault. i will not stand for it.
Considering they were very busy, the service was great. They took the time to bring me a cup of ice, even after my order was brought out. I love using the app. Getting the slushes for half price is a plus. They are so much better than the ones at convient stores. The popcorn chicken and the onion rings, were delicious.
Always super fast. The Red Bank Sonic is the best
