This has not been the first time I have had a bad experience with this Sonic on Brainerd road. I have before ordered food and food has been cold and not prepared properly. Food was not exactly what I ordered and again this time the food was not hot. After trying to call to get an answer about my food there was no answer and I continue to call several times and still no answer!!!! This place is never a hit or miss, it's always a miss!!!!
Sitting here now 20 min and still nobody took my order. "We'll be with you soon" means something else here!!! It's not so that nobody could see me. Parked directly in front. And everybody is saying that for a while now. How long does the management need to fix this "we'll be with you soon" problem??? Looks like that the management need fixing first!!!35min now and still nobody took my order. I am leaving now, thanks for wasting my time!!!
It was an overall good experience, but my husband only ordered a drink along with my and our child's meal. And, they forgot the drink. It took us two calls, ordering another one and waiting for 30 minutes after we got our order for his drink. But, overall it was good. They are pretty fast at getting people in and out. Just a bit under staffed like everyone is.
I try not to give bad reviews because I understand the stress of the service industry, but this is just asinine. I waited 10 minutes after pressing the button, got no response, and then ordered through the app. After 20 minutes I pressed the button again to be informed that the kitchen was backed up and I needed to hold on. Many cats were in and out of the drive-thru before I was even helped. Many other cars were helped in the spots as well before I even saw my food. This is not the way you run an establishment of any kind. I’m going to be late for my meeting, and I can’t just go through the drive thru at this point because I’m checked into a stall. I’m just annoyed.
Worse place I've ate at. Took 10 min to order, whole time they danced around inside. Once order place took 30 min to get food. Tots not cooked at all,hot dog like rubber . Didn't have jalapeño poppers but charged me for them. Wouldn't give money back. Was serving drive Tru but not parking stations. Car hop busy hanging in parking lot socializing dealing dope. and not working . Cook needs new job too. Guy that took order was ignorant and could not hear apparently. Worse place to eat in Chattanooga tn
waited 10 or more min to order. once ordered it took 0ver 30 to receive a rubber hot dog some ice cold tots and cold Mozarella sticks . no sauce when asked also order the cheese jalenpeno poppers which wasn't in bag. when to ask for sauce and poppers said they didn't have any . was billed for them asked for money back and said they couldn't. car hop was getting dope in parking lot while Crew inside was dancing . taking drive thru orders but not parking stations worse place to eat in Chattanooga tn
This sonic IS THE WORST. Every time I come here it takes over 20 minutes to get my food. The people are rude. And it is CASH ONLY. You’ll wait in the drive through line for 15 minutes and get up to the speaker and they will tell you cash only. Just go to CookOut down the street. Don’t waist your time.
One star because there are no Zero starsSpend nearly $80 to get lunch for everyone and they left out a whole meal. The fries and tots were not even cooked. The manager didn't apologize. Said all she could do is refund the money. Absolutely HORRIBLE!
After I waited over 30mins in line, 15 minutes which was wasted at the speaker and no one responding. I was given the wrong amount of ched’r’peppers that comes with a size small. But at the window I ordered a large. Moral of the story check your bag and also have them repeat your order back to you.
You better check your bag; you're not getting what you paid for!! Club chicken toaster. Was a nugget on toast slapped with mayo in shabby lettuce.... smh...What happened to this $6 sandwich before it made it to my car. When asked where the other ingredients were they simply replied. WE'RE OUT.It would be nice to know half of what I ordered was gone/ out ... BEFORE HAVING PAID FOR IT.Also bought the Bacon on bacon burger and again just meat and cheese. I would up load the photos.. but I didn't want to be that harsh.... it was bad....
