Order ahead is in need of an update and needs an option for refund. Had a very prolonged wait over ~50 minutes with no update on the order. Used the mic to find out for myself, to be told the system is down and to use the drive through and we can’t promise that food would be ready. Food was subpar and cold. Staff seemed nice, but something needs to change. Don’t want refund now nor further escalation. Will try location again in a few months.
Sonic used to be great until their app stopped working for me completely four different phones still doesn't work. Five different accounts still doesn't work. On checkout I will go and complete the order and it will say failed to charge your card even though there is money on it and I go to the store and use the same card moments later.Edit on review may 26 2022Hours after my review I received a response. I have increased my rating for response speed this took me off guard.
Normally I let things go but repeated poor visits I generally speak up. My Cherry limeade didn’t have any lime or cherry flavor, and only had one slice of lime, no cherries. The bbq toaster burger swimming in bbq sauce. No need to drown out the burger with that much. Where is the quality control during assembly?? It was a sad day at Sonic.
Sonic is great. My son loves all the different drink flavors.
I always love to stop on at Sonic. For this visit I used the online ordering for the first time. It was easy and convenient. I ordered a router 44 sweet tea. I did it online so I could get it at half price. They had my tea out there a lot faster then I had ever expected.
In the picture below, is my sandwich I received from this sonic location. As you can absolutely see, it is burned. Thankfully I checked the sandwich before leaving. I immediately pushed the button to speak with someone. I was rudely informed that this sandwich always comes like this. Now, I do not go to sonic very often, but I have had this sandwich several times. It has never looked like this. I cannot even believe they served this let alone claim that is how it’s suppose to be! The car hopper was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. That is the only reason I’m giving a star count at all.
I had someone go pick up my lunch today and they told her that I had to be there to get my own food? Umm excuse me? Umm no... Also the chili cheese tots that our whole office ordered and they barley had any chili or cheese on them. Pathetic.

I Order there weekly but tonight was the worst- i don't know which crew worked tonight but it is pathetic!!! Received a Lemon slush without any flavor- The slush is clear and is water slush with a piece of lemon.Also received all my ice cream in the smallest cup they have instead of the size i ordered!!!!!!UPDATE- I ordered the same things the next day and the order was 100% on point- Hopefully yesterday was just an one off.
Service is slow orders are always wrong, dont even bother trying to customize or add topping to your food and drinks because it won't come with your order and you'll still pay for it. With how slow the service is waiting for a fix isnt worth it
