It's the 2nd time in about 4 years and i don't think I can bring myself to do it again. There are good people who work there but i came into contact with 1 bad one each time. The first time was a waiter who wasn't good at listening and messed up so many people's orders. This time it was the cook having an attitude with people at the table bc the server left off something when writing the ticket. One of the people from the table i was at told the server she didn't want rice and also to remove the mushrooms from her veggies. I guess the server forgot but the cook was really upset with the customer telling her she makes life hard for him when she doesn't tell the waitress what she wants. Everyone at the table told him they heard her tell the waitress but he said no she didn't. He kept rambling on about having too much rice and not being able to remove the mushrooms he made the veggies. He wouldn't listen to everyone else who said they heard the customer say it. While he was fussing at that customer, i politely said we all heard her tell the waitress, but the waitress probably accidentally left it off. He said it's not possible and waiters never make mistakes. He continued to fuss about the extra rice he had and how he couldn't slide over the mushrooms into someone else's veggies while he was cooking. I tried to tell him that anyone at the table would be happy to have split the extra rice (to which 3 people did) and the mushroom was large enough to move over into the big pile that the others wanted anyway. They ended up just making that customer some in the back but he still wouldn't let it go. He was very slow and did not season the food very well. It didn't even happen to me, but I took it as a sign to not patronize again. I'm still thankful for the other waitresses and the host for being wonderful though.

Food was awesome...I ordered the Shogun special and he made everything right on point. I wasn't to thrilled about the drink I received...but they didn't have a problem with taking it back.My wife and I sat outside to feed the fish...the staff seemed very thrilled about the customers purchasing food to feed them.

Literally worst experience ever. First, we walked in and the place looked super run down, but I thought it’d give it a try. We weren’t asked if we wanted a regular table, just took us straight to hibachi which is not what we came for. Then there was probably 2 other hibachi tables being seated at thus far. Well my sister asked about the plates being dirty and after a second time of her plate gaining grease stains on it, we realized it was from the exhaust fan leaking old grease onto the table. The lady had us all move to a new table and brought us a second round of Mayo salad- very disappointed it wasn’t ginger and forgot she already brought us some. We nearly waited 30 min at the table before we decided to leave; everyone else at the table looked very annoyed as well. Not going back here ever; not to mention, the host was the only one knowing what was going on smh

Ordering online was super easy! The fried California rolls are spectacular!!! And the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Ordered based off the prices listed on the website. When we went to pick up our order the price of the rolls were $2-3 more than what was listed online and they said they didn’t know why the website wasn’t updated. It’s your restaurant why don’t you know what’s going on? It was pretty much a bait & switch. They won’t get another dollar out of me.

-0 stars. The worst hibachi grill ever!! The cook didn't want to be there, raised his voice at us several times because the waitress got our order wrong. He didn't do any tricks for the kids or show really any interest at all. The lobster was spoiled, shrimp over cooked and he poured some kind of dark sauce over everything that ruined the natural flavor. Not to mention, when we first sat down the waiter for the table next to us had a mental hissy fit and barged through me & my granddaughter bumping into our chairs and threw a plate of rice on the floor!! All on Christmas birthday party. Wow, beware the tall skinny older Asian cook, he's a low energy miserable person.

Terrible experience.Called and asked if we needed to make reservations and was told "no, we are very slow right now" arrived 15 mins later and there were only two parties in front of us in the waiting area and absolutely NO ONE in dining room area except a customer placing an apparently very large to go order.40 mins later, still not having been greeted or even acknowledged by a single employee I flagged down a staff member and asked how much longer the wait would be and was told "maybe 35 or 45 more minutes".We left at that point and will not be returning

The Hibachi Chef treated us badly because we are black, he did not want to cook for us, he was yelling at my son and when we spoke to the manager STILL NOTHING WAS DONE. WE STILL HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A MEAL THAT WE PACKED UP AND TOOK HOME. That was a first and last time for us. We will never visit that restaurant again. I literally wish I didn’t have to give a ⭐️

Rip off. Beware of the “half price sushi.” The listed and advertised prices on the menu ARE with the 50% off. The “half price” for the cali roll is over $4.00. So you’re telling me your cali rolls are usually over $8.00??? Whatever. They’re not even that good. Honestly, that’s false advertising as well. If you’re advertising “half price sushi,” then you need to sell it for half of the price that it is listed for on the menu. The listed prices should not already be the price with the half off discount. Pretty sure that’s not how you practice business and may be against the law for false advertising.

Really enjoyed the experience, love the personalities of the cooks, very funny and food is so good!!
