So far, since I have been going there. For over 8 months. They haven't been getting my order right. It's a simple order. Large coffee with cream and sugar. Everytime they forget the cream. So now I say cream and sugar with lots of cream. It's not. Almost black coffee with no sugar.

All of the local scooters locations are great! You get your coffee fast and it tastes good, what more could you ask for!

Got a coupon for a free small drink or 1/2 off a medium or large. I figured I would try it based on one of the drinks I saw on the flyer. I was going to order a medium or large so they would at least get something out of it. I went through the drive through and was told that the drink I wanted didn't come in standard sizes and that it was in a "grey area" regarding the coupon. So I ended up with nothing. The drink was on the "drink menu" and it was also pictured on the flyer. A competent manager would eat the difference and promote a sale.
My experience at Scooter's is always great! The staff is always friendly. I usually order one of their teas or smoothies. My favorite tea is the Macha. My favorite smoothie is the Peanut Butter power. If you love cinnamon rolls, their's is the best the city has to offer! ??

So good! The everything bagel sandwich hits the spot every time, and the peanut butter power with espresso has my heart every time. Staff are friendly and fast. Never disappointed!
