Most of my experiences with Sbarros has been very poor with how a certain coworker goes about treating me every time I come to the mall and order food from this location. I don't have a name to give, but he always loudly calls me sir and refuses to let me get a word in, and ALWAYS ends his sentences in sir.I know this comes across as whining from a trans person, but I don't even look or present as a man and have a nametag that reads Sophia (which as far as I am aware of, is a woman's name.)I don't care who you are - you don't disrespect a customer like this, and I refuse to ever come to this location. I will be telling others of the blatant disrespect that I have recieved.
Everyone that works here are absolute sweethearts. I’m a frequent flyer and appreciate all of their hard work and amazing pizza! Absolutely love the team that is there and they are the sweetest people I’ve ever met!!!
Becky and Robert at the Hamilton place Sbarro in Chattanooga TN we're very attentive, respectful, and a joy to conversate with. They were informative while instructing me of the various options about the menu as well.
Presentation is nice. And 2 large slices of pizza with a drink for 9.99 is not a bad price for lunch. But I regretted it as soon as I bit into the pretty cardboard, which is what the pizza tasted like. This was my first time eating here and I thought it was suppose to be a really good pizza place but maybe my hopes were too high. I’d rather eat at little Caesars and get a whole pizza and 2 liter for that price or anywhere else for that matter. Not worth my $10. Won’t be going back. And the sweat tea was disgusting.
I haven’t been to the Sbarro location in years because I associated it with cold food and slow service. Iv been to other locations and enjoyed my experience. That was not the case this time. Great service, great food. I believe this location has a new team, because it is night and day a different experience. I will be returning regularly!
Pizza was so so. Not as good as other Sbarro locations that I’ve ate. But still not bad. Convenient location in the food court of the mall. We’ve seen other reviews saying the workers were rude but during our visit the workers were very nice and friendly.
The woman with the very severe eyeliner had poor customer service skills.
All employees were rude, food was cold, cashier (boy) vaped behind the counter after handing us our change. The name of the cashier on the receipt says Jessica.
We have always loved sbarro, but the employee today(Jessica) was beyond rude when trying to order an XL pizza and 2 orders of breadstciks. We were told they will make the pizza but will not make the breadsticks because it takes too long. No real adequate explanation given to us as to why they refused to make breadsticks for our order, other than them not being prepared with their food for their potential clients. Jessica was beyond rude as the other girl was too.. When we asked if the pizza was ready she sighed and slammed the pizza on the counter in 6 individual pizza boxes with grease and toppings spilling everywhere, and then immediately jumped back on her phone. This is clearly a result of incompetent owner/management. Staff members were very rude and very unprofessional. Will stick to other local pizza options from here on out.
