Great food, great times with family. Thank you crew at Gunbarrell location for letting us gather for Father's Day and stayed a lil after closing time to visit.
Took some kids in today to eat, staff manager, rude while fixing our food, love Mexican food, but didn't 60.00 for a rude unwelcoming atmosphere... Will never go back! The kids ask were they disrespectful and I said no, some people... And left it at that! ?????
The service was great and the food was great too
I normally don’t leave reviews often but I had to on this one. This used to be my favorite place; unfortunately the past 2 times I’ve been , including today, the chicken has tasted burnt & has almost like a chemical smell.I know staff is hard to get these days at literally everywhere, but out of 3 women standing up there behind the counter, 1 had somewhat of a smile or kind approach. Others acted bothered to help.No longer will be coming here .
I normally love Salsarita's, and visit the Ooltewah and Hixson locations often. This was my first time at the Gunbarrel location. Service was fine, but the food was lacking. The "crispy bowl" was very stale, the refried beans were old and stiff. While refilling my glass with tea, mold came out of the spicket. I threw my drink and the rest of my food away. I will never return to this location.
Wish they had corn tortillas... But I got a steak burrito bowl. Very good but not use to $15 for lunch... Seemed a little pricey, but now they have to pay $15 an hr for workers... Thanks Biden Inflation....
Pretty disappointing that none of the staff members were not wearing masks, and they didn't start making our food until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I guess there's no point in using their pick up service.
Don't waste your time trying to dine in. I was the only one in line, stood there for 10-15 mins without being acknowledged, while the team of employees focused all their effort on making a stack of 12+ to go orders. Would it really be too much trouble to pause and make 1 order for the person standing in front of you? Music was also way too loud, trash on a lot of the tables and floor, and a weird smell in the restaurant to boot. I normally love Salsaritas but this is a poor excuse for a restaurant and shouldn't carry the name. Go across the street to Chipotle instead. Much better service.

Prices have spiraled out of control, time to reign it in before you go out of business. You are not a nice sit down restaurant, you are Tex Mex fast food.
