I think when I go to a rodizzio in Latin America the service , the meats , everything is so well managed I don’t even think about the price … but here … it is so expensive for what you get … this is not the price of this type of restaurants … service was ugly , and the meats are not what I expected… not rodizzio kind of meats … the cocktails , we ordered two caipirinhas… and they were the most bitter ones I have ever had in my entire life ! Like the lemons were there the hole day waiting for us … and then it was about 9:30 and the waiter came to us saying the bar was going to close , 10 minutes later we were going to order something else because of the taste of the caipirinha and the bartender or I don’t know how she was came and told us that there was nothing to do … there was only water for us absolutely disgusting! I won’t come back
Stayed at the Holiday Inn that this restaurant shares a building with on Saturday. Made reservations for 9 on Friday online and when we got there we were seated within 10min. Very busy, but the staff were attentive and moved quickly to keep food on plates. This is a 1st for us as far as eating in this fashion. When you have the wood block on green, they kept showing up with more food. The cold and hot bars stayed stocked and fresh. The drinks were replenished in decent time with minimal asking for refill. The bad reviews I read almost stopped us from trying it but it was a good day! The bill came to alot ($400 total for 9 adults) but you won't go hungry unless you're too picky and snooty to try something different. Highly recommend a try!
One of my favorite place to go. Not too pricy for all the food you get. Worth it everytime.
I’ve been to the downtown Chattanooga location a few times and it’s always been a great experience. Not this time! My family was visiting from out of town and I thought this would be a nice treat for Mother’s Day and a belated birthday celebration. Our service was HORRIBLE! To start the experience we were given one menu for 6 adults. The server did not explain the experience to those that had never been, he also did not advise where everyone could find the salad and hot bars. Note: We were in the front by the door, so the bars were hidden. We ordered water and drinks. Only 5 waters for 6 people were brought and we had to check more than once for the last water. Four of us ordered drinks. The first two that came out were filled 2/3 full and when I asked if that was normal, I was told that’s how they were always made. When drink #3 came out, it was full and I asked again about the first two drinks and was told they were always like that. We go to the hot bar and come back and we’re still waiting on drink #4. When our server comes back we check again and he asked what we ordered, he states that drink #3 is actually drink #4. We tell him what both men ordered, he comes back with a drink for the person who already had a drink and told the person who had been waiting that the other drink was theirs but the other person drank from it… and left. Didn’t offer to make a new drink. I was absolutely flabbergasted! The server did not offer to make a new drink until he heard me speaking with the bartender. Another person in our party had the brilliant idea to order a second drink and after the third time checking on it the server asked what we ordered almost as if he hadn’t even put the order in. When we were ready for dessert the server says “I’m actually leaving but one of my friend’s is coming over.” The food was good but the service honestly ruined the experience. We also would have spent more on drinks/ alcohol had the server been more on top of it.
Busy busy busy.. Worth the wait. Took a seat at the bar till the table was ready, wonderful bar staff very helpful and the drinks mmm so good. Salad bar was amazing as was the cuts of meat and wow the pineapple was so good! Cost a little much but had a wonderful date night with my husband... Will be going back.
It's atmosphere was bright and friendly. We had a birthday celebration there and it was awesome. The food was delicious. The service was great. It was well worth our time. The food absolutely does not disappoint. It is amazing!
We had a table for 4 reserved fir 19h30. We were shocked to be asked within 10 minutes of arrival if we wanted any extra drinks as the bar was closing. Although the food was reasonable, it was deemed extremely expensive especially as we felt we were under pressure to finish so that the kitchen could also clean up. Be careful and ensure that the restaurant will be open for at least an hour after your reservation.
WOW!! don't know where to begin, the food was amazing!! the staff work very hard to make sure the food is out at a decent time!! I highly recommend this place! if you've never been I assure you, you wanna experience it!
The gauchos brought the meats faster than I could eat them. Staff was supper nice and helpful. Recommend the full Rodizio so you can try the different things on the salad bar. The civiche was good. My favorite was the catfish. But everything was good. They also kept asking us what we wanted and would bring it out. Definitely will go back .
Had a terrific dinner with super service and delicious food. We definitely will be going back.
