I moved to the area last year and every time I drove by this place I thought it was going to be some disgusting, greasy gas station type joint. Couldn't have been more wrong. It's a bit pricey but the food is good enough to warrant the cost. I get the sesame tofu with lo mein every time I order and it never disappoints. Would recommend trying it even if you're not a veggie!

This is my go to sushi spot. It is pretty good quality & prices. Menu selections are varied across different types of Asian cuisines & they do it very well.

The prices are ridiculous and my food was burnt, the chicken was hard and not worth eating!!!

My favorite restaurant. Owners and staff are amazing. Big menu and food is outstanding! Sushi, teppan, pad thai... Wonderful!

The food is fantastic and the people are so sweet here.

This restaurant specializes in the following cuisine: Sushi, Thai and Chinese. First of all, when you go pick up your order (no dining in), it's like walking into a plastic bubble. Feels more of a hospital setting than it does a restaurant. Beyond COVID fearful. At this point, it's beyond ridiculous. No other Asian restaurant in town looks like this, has the eerie feel and have the regular COVID precautions. This restaurant takes it to another level - very unwelcoming. Second, the food was absolutely terrible. The Sweet and Sour soup was flavorless. The Kung Pao chicken chicken contained nothing but carrots and celery (no scallions and hardly in peppers). I asked for very spicy and not one pepper. Chicken was slimy. Finally, the Yellow Curry was bland (zero flavor). Nothing like a Thai curry we are use to having. I have been living here 20 years. I won't be going back. Recommendations for the future to others: For Sushi, Totto Sushi in North Chattanooga, For Thai food, Alex Thai Food in the Southside or Sweet Basil in E. Brainerd. For Chinese, Formosa in Hixson.

I've eaten at the Rice Boxx several times before and was generally pleased with the food even though it's a tiny bit annoying that their dine in is still unavailable but that's nothing compared to the attitude and bad business. My wife had ordered over the phone and our bill was already a little steep at about $40 for 1 entree, 1 kids meal, a side of noodles and no drinks. When I arrived, and payed, the girl behind the counter said the correct price but the card swipe said less so I assumed what I was seeing was only part of my order, but since she said that my payment had not been accepted I thought it wasn't a big deal and tried again and it went through. When I got in the car I told my wife she checked the bank account to make sure they didn't charge twice. Not only was it 2 charges, but 2 different amounts adding to ~$70! We immediately called and they tried to tell us there was "nothing" they could do until Tuesday (this was on a Friday) because there was no manager, so we went back and I told them what happened and after arguing with 2 women that didn't speak good English (trying to tell me I would have to wait until Tuesday because their system wasn't working) and 1 cashier that was too young and naivé to figure out what I was saying, a manager with better English came out and explained that they had already cancelled the wrong charge but it would be a day or two until it showed. That sounded fine, until Wednesday when my wife got a call from the restaurant and one of the 2 women that barely spoke English told my wife that we were wrong and they didn't charge us twice, my wife tried to calmly explain to her that the manger had already cancel it the woman argued and said we just misunderstood!

Garbage Food & Super Rude Woman

Sadly ordered General Tso’s Chicken. Burger King Spicy Chicken sandwich is spicer than this. Small small portions.

we used to really love this place- we got pad tai today and it was really dry.. it’s not really cheap- would have expected a better product for the price.
