Great food and great service
Not super clean, slammed with people and pretty loud. The food is exactly what you would expect- we went during Bacon Fest, so any meal came with an optional side of melted cheese with bacon in it.
Visited on a Tuesday night (4/19/22) at 7:00 p.m. They were obviously short staffed as the host was also clearing tables, so we expected a slight delay. We waited about five minutes for a table which was already cleared and given menus. After waiting 13 minutes without being acknowledged, our party of five left. On the way out, our server said she was on her way to our table. Had she acknowledged shortly after being seated, we would have stayed. We went to Olive Garden where the service was exceptional. This is likely our last visit to Red Robin.
I don't think this place could get an order right if I went back and made it myself. They'd still find some way to screw it up. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this location and the 3rd time not a thing I ordered was correct. In person, through door dash and picked up myself. Each time, wrong. What's great is that the receipts attached to the door dash order and the order I picked up myself had the order correct but the order in the container was wrong - (don't try to blame door dash because as far as the dasher is concerned, the order was correct). 0/10, will not return to Red Robin.
Was delicious!! First time for the hubby. He got the monster burger. I got the Royal. I love a fried egg on my burger. Also got it wedged to cut the carbs. So good?
Went to my local red Robin last week and ordered their limited time bacon cheese fondue burger and it was amazing I highly recommend trying it before they take it off the menu. What is there not to love about a bacon cheeseburger that you can dip into bacon cheese fondue and not to mention their delicious steak fries and sweet and spicy ketchup!
This used to be one of my favorite places and we would come every year for my birthday. The quality has gone down over the years little by little but it's just terrible now. The burgers always come out burned, even if they ask you how you want them cooked, they're all cooked the same... until they're charcoal. I'm disappointed I have to find a new birthday celebration place.
The food is great but the service leaves something to be desired. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago and it seemed like our waitress was running around doing everything because the rest of the restaurant was chaos. The other staff were lazy and dirty and they clearly didn't want to be there. Food is 4 or 5 stars, service is 1.
Service was not as good as I have received in the past. I understand everyone is short staffed but it even took a while to get refills for drinks. We had to ask for fries as we waited at the table instead of the server brining out fries. The wait time was over 45 minutes and then I was told if I needed another seat for our table it would be an additional hour wait. My party was for 5 but everyone who had two or four was being seated immediately with only about 5-8 minute wait.
Red Robin is a masterpiece. I love their food like no other. Burgers are amazing the fries are second to none. I always use the seasoning and campfire sauce.
