We’ve had multiple stays at the Edwin Hotel and enjoyed the hotel staff, hotel rooms and most impressionably the hotel restaurant. Of note, our latest experience in early August, was at the hotel restaurant where our server Joe, our bartender Josh, and Chef Richard, showed sincere, genuine interest and concern in our enjoyment and entertainment. These three individuals exemplify professionalism, fun and model hospitality. We have rarely met a crew that works better together and is more fun for the customers then we observed tonight. If these three are an example of what the employees embodied at the Edwin Hotel and the restaurant, the establishment is in for a rapid growth and I urge all visiting Chattanooga to make this your Hotel of choice every time!
Ate at Whitebird Restaurant at the Edwin. From the Valet, Host, Manager and our amazing server Joe it was a great experience all the way around. The food, , , , the food was cooked to perfection. All of Joe’s suggestions were On Point!! Will revisit for sure!!
On July 24, 2022 I ate dinner at the Edwin Hotel. I used the hotels valet parking service Bird dog. The attendant gave me a parking receipt and drove away in my vehicle. After dinner, I returned the receipt to the same valet attendant and we he brought my vehicle back, I wondered why was he parking it in the opposite direction. I paid the attendant, plus I gave him a tip. The following morning I noticed damage to my passenger side door and right front wheel. I immediately drove back to the hotel and spoke with the valet manager Evan. He seemed understanding and took photos and said he would file my complaint. On July 27, 2022 I received a email from Zack an apparent manager for Bird dog parking service. The email stated, since I left the hotel property and didn't notice the damage right away, they weren't responsible. Anyone reading this, do not use Bird dog parking service at any facility. My vehicle was damaged by one of their employees and no one has taking ownership. This reflects the Edwin Hotel and Bird dog parking services.

From booking to checking in, Maggie has been wonderful and professional! She has made sure our 15th anniversary weekend is extra special! My husband and I arrived to our beautifully decorated room with strawberries and champagne! Additionally, valet and Ozark at the front desk promptly greeted us. Don't hesitate to stay at The Edwin!
They don’t close at 2 as they advertise. I went by 5 min before two to grab a tea, and they said they were already closed. I’d imagine you’d actually close at 2 as stated on sign, but that is not the case here. Just want others to know they don’t actually close at 2 it is sometime before then.
The hotel is beautiful and its a great location, quiet but close to al the action. But what really stands out is the service. After a long day of travel, I was greeted at the front desk by Maggie who was amazing. She checked me in quickly, was super cheerful, helped me with a few requests and made sure I was taken care of at the restaurant. BTW, the smoked venison is a must have! I will be back for sure.
Edwin hotel is a good place to stay due to its proximity to Walnut Street Bridge and the Downtown. The hotel itself is neat and clean and the staffs were very attentive and professional. Especially Maggie, Adam, and the valet parking staffs were above and beyond my expectation. I do recommend staying at Edwin if you choose to visit Chattanooga.
Such great service! I love the new fruit infused water y’all have on the counter! it is so refreshing on these sweltering days!
Highly recommended. Perfect location on the Tennessee River, convenient to the River Walk, the Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge, the Tennessee Aquarium and lots of great shops and restaurants. Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful rooftop bar with spectacular views.
