I was in the drive thru for 52 minutes. 52 MINUTESSSS!! Lol but they still get 5 stars because I’m assuming they’re understaffed so they are doing the best that they can. Anywho my food was the bomb I’m still thinking about the red beans & rice? I ordered so much food and my order was correct and fresh!! Customer service was good too. No complaints here
Absolutely horrible service. Came to location and put in a web order at 10:30 a.m. Then got rudely told there was no chicken ready. I asked why is the app accepting orders now then. No answer. Okay so at this point I assume they are only open because of the Super Bowl. Guess employees don't want to be at work today. Just asked a question about the cookies being made fresh and it was like I was asking too much. Got told it won't be until 11am before they will be open with chicken. So at this point I'll have to wait over 30 minutes for my order. I asked should I leave and then come back? Got kinda an unsure weird response. I was okay with waiting or leaving and coming back my only request was a water with the order. Walked to window from car only to see one girl walk away like she was saying something and irritated. I'm assuming a different girl who was the manager or team lead comes to window and says what order with an attitude. She says we don't have any chicken ready it will be awhile. I said I was already told that. I leave and come back and the food still isn't brought out to me. Then I begin to see other customers getting food and leaving I called , no answer I go to window girl gestures like get in line. I got a mobile order that I already told you about 30 minutes ago. I said are you saying get in line again? Again attitude. Wait a minute sir. Whst is your name ?Really? Still had to wait. Finally at 11:45 I get my food brought half way out to get yelled at to come meet employee half way. Then I get home and I have fried tenders when I asked for blackened tenders. Got macaroni when I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy. Didn't even have the correct sauce I requested. Totally disgusted with the lack of customer service skills and lack of caring. How do you screw up the very first order of the day? Ridiculous. Plus food was cold and didn't seem fresh at the beginning of shift. How? I got there early to beat rush and to have fresh food. As I'm sitting in curbside parking space employee comes out and yells at me to drive to her because she's too lazy to walk to the car. I got handed my food while she was on the phone outside, no apology for horrible service or anything. Haven't been to this restaurant in years and now I remember why. Won't be back anytime soon. No idea about customer service whatsoever.
Did not eat this go around waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and only moved 2 cars up the line was out to the highway! We live a hour away and i really wanted some good biscuits! It was a weekday so not sure what the problem was!
Every chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from Popeyes has been absolutely spectacular. Not this one… This was the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life from them. I’ve worked in the restaurant business in almost every position with the exception of manager (dishwasher, busboy, line cook, host, server and bartender), but this was just horrible food. It tasted like the chicken had just been taken out of the freezer and immediately thrown in the fryer. Either that or it had been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. It was chewy, bland and had an overall odd taste to it. I don’t believe I will be coming back to this location.
Y'all complain too muchThe food at popeyes is BETTER than other ff places. They were not rude, they said thank you. They are short staff and stressed, give them a break its just chicken. It always takes over 10 minutes in the drive thru at every popeyes location- even in chicago. It is worth the wait. If you are in a hurry go to kfc and get your greasy bland feathery chicken. They were out of a side we ordered and paid for but never told us they were out, it just wasn't in the bag. They will NOT answer the phone. So we got back in line, because the lobby is closed. We let them know we did not get the side thats when we found out they were out of it, lol. They substituted it for any side we wanted, and appologized through the speaker and when we got to the window. So no big deal. The fries are THE BEST. Of course the lobby is closed, there's only 2 girls working. They dont have time to clean up after people and take all orders etc.
Consistently long wait times, shouldn't translate to consistently botched orders. Unfortunately, that has been my experience with this location. It's the closest one to my house, but I'm beginning to believe I'd come out better driving past this one, and going to one of the stores further South (East Ridge, or Rossville.). I could make one trip (perhaps eat with the rest of my family). 4 out of 5 visits have been messed up; and those are a long time between. Getting someone on the phone to address the mistakes is impossible. Your choices are, drive back to the store or live with and compensate for the mistakes (OFTEN MISSING FOOD). There's a good chance you may spend more time driving (back and forth) than enjoying the food. Maybe we'll try again around July.
Only had a few options, even though full menu was displayed. Food tasted like it had been cooked a while and sitting under a heat lamp.
Was refused service due to shift change.I was told… “We’re not taking any orders at the time, due to shift change.” It was 3:50 PM.Horrible customer service experience. From the time I drove up and out… they had turned away 3 other cars. Ridiculous! Popeyes, Hwy 58, Chattanooga, TN.
Who loves Popeyes?? I ? ? ? ? ? popeyes!! And this location is fantastic. In this crazy, upside world they are kind, efficient and the order was without fault!! Keep up the great work. Thank you very much ?
Sign out side says dining room open but the doors are locked , looks like the workers are letting friends in but no one else sat in drive thru for 30 minutes to order . I mean if your gonna close the dining room don't advertise that it is open
