Understaffed and frustrates employees. Orders are incorrect 50 percent of time. Requires I unpackage each order to ensure we have the correct items. Have been by twice for them to be out of chicken at 6pm on a week day. Constantly out of containers for larger family portions. Building needs maintaining and the employees need help. I like the food and the employees are friendly when they don't appear beaten down. Hope corporate decides to help them somehow.
Worst fast food experience ever. This location should be closed or have a complete redo. If its before 3pm you are lucky to get a complete order with absolutely zero customer service. Just a grumble on the speaker and a hand through the small window box demanding your card. But if it's in the evening, forget it. Each time I've tried the drive thru in the evening they're either closed, out of something or the register is down. Sometimes they wont even answer when you pull to the speaker. The food is not worth it. The experience is DEFINITELY not worth it. I get it, its fast food and I shouldn't expect much but this placr is something else.
GOOD...........God, this is the slowest "fast food" place I have EVER been to. I understand not caring about your job (Lord knows, I have had many jobs that I couldn't have cared less about) but the workers at this Popeye's are actually rather impressive in their "couldn't care less" attitude. I have been unfortunate enough to try this location three times in as many months and they have never failed in their efforts to have this place shut down due to inefficiency and just utter incompetency. The first time I came, I ordered some type of sandwich, the lady who took my order did manage to get my request for Ketchup correct, but that was all. The second time, I waited in the drive through for 35 minutes for another sandwich, this time I got shrimp, which I considered an upgrade and just enjoyed. Today, I drove around the drive through to check out the cars ahead of me (5) so I figured I would be ok in the drive through. I sat for 40 minutes before I made it to the window (there is a drop off, so once you are in the drive through, you cannot escape).. After I placed my order and was mumbled some total price by some woman who actually huffed (lol) when she took my order, I sat for an additional 25 minutes before just giving up and driving off. I imagine that the night shift will be quite annoyed when they finish up my order at around 10 PM this evening. One could actually place an order here, go to St John's Restaurant and have a nice leisurely sit-down meal, and then (perhaps) pick up your chicken as a snack for later.After I gave up on Popeye's, I went down the street to KFC and had my sandwich, fries, and a drink in 6 minutes (I timed it for fun). Apparently, KFC managed to hire the remaining living and Popeye's got stuck with the "Walking Dead".
I got told by the manager that the reason he didn't answer the drive thru is because they saw I was white and they don't take orders from white people! Then when I told him that I was calling the BBB on that he then proceeded to tell me he was out of everything to leave his drive thru! This place is a joke and needs to be restaffed asap!
02/11/2022 We are literally sitting in the parking lot eating out food after we just went through the drive through at 2:29 pm and according to the receipt we were served by Valerie BUT her name tag did not have a name on it. “Valerie” had fake long blue nails on with various colors.My husband was ordering our food and she kept cutting us off, I suppose we weren’t ordering correctly and waiting for her to ask us what we wanted for sides and a drink. He just told her that we wanted a number 3 with the choices and she “Valerie” would ask him what side etc in a frustrated way.Then when we got to the window she did not say hi or anything. She held out her hand… we assumed correctly… for his card to pay.Not to mention the chicken was very dry and my husband’s meal was mostly crust and no chicken. My chicken tenders seemed to be over cooked and very dry.We will not be going back.
Prices on the menu mean nothing, ordered #8, $7.79 on menu. Charged 8.29. ordered extra side, $2.50 on menu. Charged 2.99. AND they ask for sauce but never give it. Have to ask again for it every time.
We were there jan 13th At 10:30 am. Ordered 8 piece dark and a chicken sandwich with coke and strawberry lemonade. It was 29.98 . I gave her a fifty and she reached down and gave me a $20 back.asked for a receipt and she said printer was down. BS. She pockets the 50 and gave back 20! It never went to the register. The chicken was way over cooked! We do love Popeyes!
Popeyes on broad street Chattanooga Tn. The restaurant is filthy. The staff are rude and lazy. This location is almost always out of stuff on their menu. Went through drive thru at 9:05 the other night and they claimed they were closed. Something very shady is going on at this location. Strange employee activity in and outside the restaurant especially at night. I deliver for door dash and knowing what I know I would never eat anything that comes out of this popeyes location. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Never again. Ordered online. Didn't have 80% of what we ordered. $40 and what we did receive was terrible. They said they can't do a refund so they just gave me an extra box of awful food. No flavor.
Horrible old food. Tha only reason in doing 2 starts is because of tha worker... super nice n respectful
