I ordered two medium pizzas and they charged me $32.75, these were the lousiest pizzas I have ever gotten from Pizza Hut they was next to nothing on the pizza: the pizza was dry with Harley any sauce and on some slices none at all, hardly any meat. I felt as if I was eating just the pizza crust with a little bit of cheese on it. I am so disappointed. What a waste of money..
I tried them again against my better judgment. The pan pizza was just crispy bread with barely a thin layer of toppings. Some of the pieces only had toppings in the middle and not all over. They do not have spinach anymore which is why I don't eat there as much as I use to. By the way this order also included what should have been hand tossed, but was thin crust. The person who brought my pizza out was very nice.
Just your average pizza hut pizza. Delivered to our hotel. The wait time wasn't too bad.
I rate this 3 stars on delivery because my food came way later than it was supposed to and the pizza wasn't even fresh. But the delivery man was very nice and kind so good job in that! 7/10
Some of the worst pizza I have tried to eat. They burnt one and had to remake it and the other three were cooked so long they were dry, the meat was so dried out you couldn't eat it.Ask for hand tossed on two of them and the cardboard box they were in was thicker than the crust. Totally dissatisfied.
Husband and I ordered last night. Delivery was fine however our pizzas had little to know sauce on them. We had thought we ordered a white sauce by mistake until we got a tiny bit of sauce at the crust.
Okay, it’s a nice day. I was feeling a bit better from being sick- so I decided to order my favorite, Pizza Hut. I place the order, it says it will be here at 3:55, 20 minutes after that time, nothing. I call and are on hold for 5 minutes. They told me they don’t have an order in my name. Like, yes. You do! After talking for another long time waste of minutes they say the driver is enroute and slam the phone down. The driver is my favorite deliver girl. Props to her. But, it gets here the food is cold as the North Pole, the cheese in the mozzarella stick was so dry I literally choked on it. As seen in the picture. I will probably not order from this Pizza Hut again. Maybe not any Pizza Hut, cause this happens, a lot.??♂️
Pizza was delivered, and not notified when delivered, went to look outside and there was the pizza sitting on the cold ground, not even in the chair that we have on our porch!! The pizza was so cold don’t know how long it had been sitting outside, they didn’t even ring the doorbell. My husband and I called about it and the guy who we found out was (Enon) was very rude and told us we should have been looking outside and we would have known it was out there ? not what we were expecting to be said! Of course we went right to the pizza hut and went off on that guy.we’ve been doing business with Pizza Hut for many many years the one on East Brainerd Rd, of course we asked to speak to the manager but he wasn’t in so I’m waiting for a phone call from the manager. I just can’t get over how rude and unprofessional the guy was and the driver wasn’t any better, said he rang the doorbell when we knew he didn’t. If I could get zero stars that’s what it would be zero stars!!!!
Put more toppings on the pizza. I ordered a four-topping pizza and most of my bites were just cheese and marinara sauce. I had not had a Pizza Hut pizza in quite a long time prior to this and it was very disappointing.
Make the pizza correctly. I order a pizza and when I got the receipt it said one of my pizzas had BBQ sauce and I didn't want BBQ sauce I can't eat it. I called the store and was assured that I would get the correct pizza. However, that not the case at all.
