Food was good, was not up to Panera’s quality by any means. My son didn’t even want to finish the pizza. Closed way early with no mention when we got there how soon they were closing, and got charged double what I actually purchased with no proof of receipt. I’m not sure how that happened, I was quoted a certain price and their system charged me more. Will not be returning
Good customer service. It would have been nice though if someone who worked there when I asked knew what was in the "kitchen sink cookie" specifically. I know the term and that would mean a barrage of things but mainly what types of chocolate/nuts.Definitely a coaching moment for the staff.
We ordered a group order via doordash for our office and most items were not labeled what they were, they were not grouped together or even with the person's name on it. The manager said this is customary unless we request it to be separated, which there is no option to request on doordash. They also left out some of our food and just threw two pieces of unwrapped bread in a bag with two bags of chips. Not ok.
Helpful staff and good food. I took off 1 star because they don't have the dining room opened, when their competition does have theirs open
THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP ON SOOO MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS!!! I travel for work all over the country, been to many different Panera’s (yes even during COVID!) have not come across anything like this…this place appeared dirty and sooo disorganized everything out of place …if I had never been to a Panera bread, I would never go to one again!! This location makes the Panera inside DFW airport look like 5stars!I ordered a soufflé to go (cafe is closed). And my stomach wouldn’t take it…

Ordered a “to go” Green Goddess Salad from here for lunch. Fast service & salad is jam packed with freshness & the portion is almost twice that of the Pembroke store in FL. I’ve ordered this at least 20 times at different stores & this is the BEST one ever!So delish & thanks - great job! ?
Don't bother going to this Panera. Are they open? Who knows until you spend time, gas, and money parking to find out they're closed all weekend. "Sorry for the inconvenience but we have a catering event all weekend" the sign says. Who knows that until you've wasted time driving there to see it on the door. If catering is more important to that Panera, then let that be the only money they get there. Not properly scheduling for an event and opening this weekend shows poor management skills at this store and will be reflected in their products as well. Just don't with this location. Go to the Northgate or Gunbarrel locations instead if have to go.
Currently the dining room is closed and everyone is crammed into a tiny room trying to place orders pay and pick up there are delivery drivers crammed in everywhere... This is terrible.. they should figure it out quickly or close up shop!!!!
