every time i place an order for pickup or delivery from this location my order is wrong. either they don’t pay attention to the one thing i ask off of my sandwich and it gets added or completely forget half my order i payed for. this has happened several times now and it’s getting old. it is not hard to read a ticket, check to make sure that everything is right, or double check if you’re not sure.
The really have some work to do at this place. I went there 3 times to give them a chance but they either don't have what I want or their staff makes you feel stupid (I believe the person was a manager). Will probably not return and take my business elsewhere.APRIL '22 Update: Gave this location a final chance and shouldn't have. My rapid pickup order took too long, they spilled soup all over my order, the dressing containers were barely a third filled and I wasn't given the extra dressing, cucumber and chips that I paid for. This place needs a new manager badly.
Husband and I had Tia curry soup take out for first time. Tasted great. There was no chicken, no mushrooms, etc, mostly soup. Very disappointing and also the amounts we received were notequal to nearly $8 a bowl.
I’ve always been a fan of Panera. My husband goes by for takeout on Sunday afternoons. The food is really good but for some reason they can’t seem to put an order together correctly. A salad isn’t much dry, they have a problem including your dressing. The one I ordered today had a specialty dressing, not the kind you can run to the fridge for some ranch. Last week we ordered and requested baguettes, we were given chips. This is not a sometimes thing, it’s becoming a habit. He doesn’t always have time to take everything apart to check. He shouldn’t have to!
I'm not sure what happened to this place but it's seriously gone down hill. I used to frequent this Panera when it was at it's old location. We went for the first time to the new location and we definitely will not return. I wanted to order a soup bread bowl but was told they don't sell the bread bowels anymore. The associate was very rude and condensing when we asked why they no longer sell them. You can see on the Panera website that this is still very much a menu item, and it was also listed as such at this location on their menu signage. So we tried to order another item ON THE MENU to once again be told "we don't sell that anymore". It was evident to me at that point that this location has employees that are just too lazy to do their jobs. The dining room was not tidy, many tables had food items still on them and the floor was a bit gross. As a long time customer this saddens me, but I'll happily find a different location to patronize.
I’ve been to Panera’s new location by Northgate many times since they’ve opened, and even though the wait is long, I’m usually not in a hurry. But today, I can’t just forgive the way I was treated by a staff member who was running the drive thru window this afternoon. Per usual, I pull up in line, wait my turn to get to the order box. All the cars in front of me are large and long vehicles, so I can’t make it to the order box to properly order or even talk loud where is would be audible for the staff member to hear me. I also suffer from a voice disorder so if I exert my voice, I can damage my vocal cords. As soon as the large cars pulls forward, I can finally order properly and see the menu! I didn’t say anything for a few seconds while I was looking, but I said “hello?” And in a loud irritated voice I hear, “are you finally ready to order?” Like.. excuse me? I said, “I’m sorry” I couldn’t pull up close enough the order box to hear you but yes I’m ready to order”. Sure, I got a little bit irritated because the tone the she took with me was out of this world. But whatever, I ordered my food quickly, got to the window, paid, and left. So say the least, I won’t be visiting this Panera again, even though it is the most convenient. I’d much rather drive to another location that does lot get an attitude with you because you couldn’t hear them or order properly because you weren’t close enough to the box.
Visited there last week and someone had been smoking in women's bathroom. Visited today and the restaurant wasn't heated. They were out of honey and jam. The microwave sets about 10 inches off the floor. I would go down the road to McDonalds, or First Watch. When it is 55 degrees outside I expect heat inside. Otherwise I would set outside
Ordered in the drive thru, was not told there would be a long wait. Waited 30 minutes, received order and checked it before leaving parking lot to find it was wrong. Returned to drive thru and told them what was missing. Was told it wouldn’t take as long to get back to the window and they would add in cookies (could they not bring it out?). Took another 30 minutes to get it, no cookies, no apology.
My favorite quick breakfast... runny egg, brioche, bacon....hot espresso...omgSuper friendly
Much better speed of service. Meal was nice and food was good.
