It is one of my go to places. The food is usually very consistent. It has a very clean atmosphere. I have no negative comments

Usually love the fast service this day provides. My food is usually ready within a few minutes, but don't expect that fast service if you want orange chicken. They never seem to make enough. To make things worse, the employee making the orders not only NEVER explained there was a delay, but continued to serve every customer after me as if I wasn't standing there. So I'm getting rather ornery at this point. Finally, I was informed of the delay and given an option to make a separate selection.
We stopped here on Dec. 17, 2021 for lunch. We had a great experience. We ordered two dishes which were sweet when only 1 like that would have been enough. If you're not sure, just ask the employees if a dish is sweet. We ordered an extra side mixed veggie dish which was great.
Went there for lunch and they had the doors locked. It was a few people waiting outside and the workers just sat there looking instead of letting us know if they was open or not. Which it says they was online. Will not be back. Every time I come to this location it’s a problem.
A good price g or good food. They might want to freshen up the condiment area and make sure napkins, etc. Are stocked.
Showed up at 11am and despite saying they open at 10:30am, the doors were locked. After standing there for a while someone comes to the door and says “online ordering only”. At least put a sign on the door. I assume it’s a staffing issue but having a sign on the door is really the bare minimum you can do.
Ordered orange chicken with 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 fried rice. Orange chicken sucked. Very little actual chicken content. More just flour in the orange sauce. Not the first time this has happened. It'll be a long time before I visit again. Get it together, Panda!
Location completely out of fried rice til further notice...several entrees unavailable. Staff was snappy. Dining room was clean, and condiments well stocked.
Good food and wait isn't long at all!
