Always great to get a hot full meal already prepared just walk in and get it, kind of like a buffet. A welcome respite from greasy hamburgers and fried chicken.
Wasn’t aware until we got there that the restaurant is in a university student center; on street parking only; is the student center even accessible to the general public?

I went to them today and not only were they behind, the manger Kaylyn was so rude.... It was absolutely absurd. I will not be returning and finally when I got my food it was not hot!! I wish I could give zero stars. And he staff were just as disrespectful to the point that a customer had to check her for her disgusting attitude.
I normally eat here once a week because staff is friendly and the food is usually quite good but I ate there this morning and have never felt more sick in my life. The chicken wasn’t cooked and the breading was soggy. I am not happy with my experience
I would like to know why are you making everything so spicy. Some people don't like spicy foods. you had a mixture of spicy and non-spicy. now the orange chicken is so spicy, I can't even eat that. I only had two choices and that was Orange Chicken & Teriyaki chicken. now I have to eliminate panda express, as a choice, because you're only catering to people, who like spicy food. I am losing my favorite restaurant.

First off I am writing this review in regards to the Panda Express in Ooltewah, Tn. (Not available on trip advisor yet). I've eaten here at least 10 times, mostly got my food via drive thru service. The food is very tasty. My favorite dish is the Black Pepper Chicken with Super Greens as my side. This is a very healthy meal for those looking to shed a few unwanted pounds. Worth visiting for some yummy asian style food. My only complaint is that it seems only teenagers work here and therefore I have seen a fluctuation in customer service skills, some good and some not so friendly. Also, you will be asked to donate money to the children's hospital or a charity like that. Overall, a good experience and I highly recommend you eat here and see for yourself.
