great great day. got there at 4:26 In a seat within 10 min. great waitress. very informative, attentive. got our food and was out of there 1 hr on the nose from arriving. even on Father's Day.. great job!
Hate to Karen out here but Hamilton Place Chattanooga is horrible. 2 hour experience for 2 adults and a 5 year old. Ordered appetizer didn't get plates. When the waiter brought our food he stopped and the table behind us and talked for 10 minutes, literally. While holding our food. Her steak was raw, she sent it back and didn't want a replacement. No apology from a manager or anything. We sat around for at least 20 minutes fot him to bring the check and 10 plus minutes to bring back my card to the point I went outside with my granddaughter. 4 pieces of shrimp for $7+tax. One place I will definitely not return to.
Waited 20 minutes for a table came up put me in a hole in the wall and he goes here you go wasn’t even a half table maybe it’s a half table not really sure . The host then decided to be not as friendly and felt the need to try to explain his reasoning behind why he did that I don’t need explanations outback as a franchise should really review this location to see what they’re doing for their brand because that made me walk out

Love eating here. Food is always amazing, especially the Porterhouse steak. We've never had to wait long and staff is friendly. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars is the lack of attention to detail in the bathrooms. The paper towel holder on the right side of the wall didn't work and despite my numerous efforts to get someone to refill the toilet paper so I could use the bathroom (I really had to go!!!), no one would refill any of the stalls, even though they said they would. Other people complained too, but no one ever fixed it the whole time of my visit. I know for a fact some people used the bathroom without noticing there wasn't any paper. Imagine how a woman feels when she can't wipe!!
Service was great that day. We had the kid with us and the server and restaurant itself was very kid-friendly. We also had a great server handling several parties at once and still giving us good attention
