This restaurant is such a cute and original place to visit in chattanooga! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try original greek and get the full cultural experience. The food is amazing and filling and the people are so sweet and fun to be around. Definitely THE place to try when you’re in town! The plate smashing was the most unique and fun part of the night!! Loved it so much!

Opa! was an incredible experience. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff was kind and the whole restaurant is beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to celebrate anything in life.

I had my graduation dinner for UTC here last night and it was the best dining experience we have EVER had. The food was all fresh, but it might not be the best choice for picky eaters. The price was more than fair for the authentic, homemade food you receive... and unlimited wine!! Our favorite part was most definitely the experience! The location is beautiful, the chef and waiters were amazing, and people were dancing and celebrating. It was a collective dinning experience and I would 10/10 suggest for anyone that is looking to celebrate in Chattanooga. Best place ever!

Very delicious Greek food! But there's a few things you should know first;1. Be prepared to spend [$90+] per person.2. There is [no menu]. You get what you get. If you have any food allergies you should let them know right away.3. You should definitely [get a reservation]. It's not required, but there's no guarantee you'll get in otherwise.4. Stay for [3.5 hours for full experience]. There's an Appetizer, Entre and Dessert! Also, all you can drink wine (And at the end you break plates ?)Overall it was a fun experience! Just be ready for the price and DON'T give the staff any grief or you'll be in for it! A lot of the 1-star reviews are people who brought up concerns and lived to regret it, after this review you've been warned!Very much a $$$$ restaurant that requires you to go with the flow. Most authentic Greek food I've ever had!(Edit: 1/3rd of the seating is outdoors, so if it's winter, wear something warm ?)

Absolutely amazing! Hidden gem of Chattanooga. Food was incredible, and so was the staff. Any occasion! definitely smash some plates.

The food was good and we had a nice time. However, all of that came to an abrupt ending when we went to pay our bill. The online menu lists the Opa! plate at around $17. In my past experiences at this establishment, you simply chose the meat or no meat option, and then were served the platter at the price listed online. This is no longer the case! You are still asked whether you want a meal with or without meat, but the staff fails to mention that the plate is now a whopping $75 per person. In no way were they upfront about this huge spike in cost. My friends and I were all shocked. If I had gone into the evening expecting this type of pricing I wouldn’t be upset. But now I feel a bit snubbed considering the prices listed online are not even close to what you end up actually paying. That’s really not a great business practice—just be upfront with your guests about the cost of the meal. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Amazing food.. Atmosphere! Lovely staff..No menu.. Why would you want a menu? Would you honestly know what Greek dish to order? Trust the owner.. Turn up.. Eat.. Enjoy.. You could go 5 times and nevereat the same thing twice.

Best corn dog in town! I always call mine in to go and request extra mustard. I also order an ice cold chocolate milk.

First time at Opa and we already can’t wait to go back! Everything served was so fresh and delicious. And especially the homemade wine, some of the best I’ve ever had! It is on the pricier side (70 per person), but I think it’s very worth it. Wonderful food and a great experience!

I have been in the US for 24 years and have tried Greek food in most of the 43 states I have been in. This is the first place I have tried and it truly is Greek. Makes me feel like there is a small piece of home here. It is a different experience all together. You sit down and do not order. The owner has spent all day preparing food he just brings to you. You get a plate of assorted appetizers and salads, and after you are done with that he asks if you eat meet. There are two choices, meet or no meet. Both are excellent. Your plates are full with fresh food. The way pricing goes is per plate of food after the appetizers. It is $45 per plate but each plate feeds two people very well and already includes the appetizers. The wine is extra.. We were 4 and got 3 plates and did not even touch the third plate. Very worth the money and experience.
