Our bartender this past weekend did an amazing job! She had a large crowd at the bar as well as a few guest dining at tables I believe and she did a wonderful job of making sure everyone was taken care of promptly and that while she was engaging with you, she took plenty of time to recommend drinks, appetizers, answer questions etc.Oh and did I mention she was 6 months pregnant and never missed a beat! Hard workers like that young lady are hard to find and she definitely worked hard and did it all with a smile! It’s stuff like that which really enhances dining experiences these days.We got the spinach dip and a shrimp pasta to split and Amanda suggested we double the shrimp for a few dollars more and that was definitely a good recommendation and made it a wonderfully sized portion to share!We don’t live close but if we are ever back in town we would definitely stop by and hope Amanda is still there!
After a long hard shift at work, I decided to treat myself today to cedar plank salmon at O’Charley’s. Jordan gave great service and made sure my drinks were constantly topped off. I always have a great experience at this location, and Wesley at the bar is the best bartender around. Will definitely be back. Service and food are both top notch. A+
I'm part of a group that had been meeting at the Hixson location. This location had better service, better food, and a better parking and meeting room for our group. The server was friendly and got all the order correct.
Will never go back!!! My fiance, daughter and I got there at 8 p.m. we didn't get our food until 9p.m. Our waiter was terrible and got our food wrong. I had to go find him to order desert then 45 minutes later I had to go find another waiter to cancel the deserts and get our bill. We had to deal with a different waiter every time and they were not busy at all. It was us, one other table and a couple at the bar. I ordered my steak medium and it came out RAW!! I was gonna ask to have it cooked more, but once again couldn't find a waiter. It was after 10p.m. before we left. I'm not the one for confrontation but I asked them what was going on with our waiter and they just said the people at the table right next to ours (which came in an hour after we did) was giving him hard time, which was not true because we were talking amongst each other about how bad the service was but i left it at that because I still had an hour and forty-five minute drive home. I will never go back.
It was ok. But nothing to brag about. Was seated about 15 min before anyone come to take our drink order. By that time, we just placed our food order at the same time
Order Togo on Tuesday and everything was perfect. Rachel treated me with respect, kindness, and answered all my questions. It’s hard to go into a place of business these days and see smiling faces and people that actually want to work. My food came out in a timely manner and had all the extra sauces I asked for. I even got a few extra rolls, which was a delight, and it made my kids very happy. The server in the bar even check on me while Rachel was in the back packaging my order. Very wonderful service! The management should be very proud of these employees for their customers service. Without them, they would not have a business.
Just a wonderful lunch date today. Alison was our waitress today and she was lovely. Food was great and everyone staff member I talked to was nice as well! Highly recommended eating here.
Our waiter Braxton was great he smiled was so polite the food was great we both had the seafood platter I highly recommend it.
I love eating here at the O’Charley’s on Shallowford Village Drive in Chattanooga. I have eaten at every O’Charley’s around here, but none can compare to this one. As a matter of fact, I won’t go to any of the others now because I would be disappointed in something.This O’Charley’s is like a “Friends” bar.Here are some “shout outs” to just a FEW of the workers here who are always friendly and totally accommodatingly helpful:Tracy, Keri, Amanda, Wesley, Casey, Allison Woodall, and Carissa. These are just some who have absolutely been the very best at what they do.You are quite lucky to have them.I do eat at other places occasionally, but I come here eight out of ten times.You should come in and see just how wonderful the people are here.
Everything had great taste and was seasoned perfectly. We had the chicken strips, ribs, and chopped steak. Even the sides were well prepared. Relaxing atmosphere for a Friday night. Very friendly staff.
