A great, slow way to start off the morning in Chattanooga. This bakery has the best breads, and is located away from the busy streets of downtown in a more secluded area.
This place was well worth the 10 min detour off the intestate as we drove north to cincinatti. We went at 7:30 AM and ordred right away. By 8, when we had our food (we took it to go) and were leaving, the line was out the door, and onto the sidewalk. Excellent lox and bagles sandwiches, as well and egg bagle sandwiches. Tasty cookies and cinamon rolls. They probably could use another counter staff to help move the food along faster during the breakfast rush. Great atmospher, this wood slab tables, and fun locas to chat with. Glad we found this place online. It was worth the detour!
Niedlov’s Cafe is a fantastic place to grab breakfast. The atmosphere is great and the prices are affordable. My breakfast cost 9 dollars and coffee 3. Just expect to have to wait in line as it is a popular and busy place!
I had the goat cheese turkey sandwich and it was delicious. The bread was toasted golden brown. The sandwich was fresh and delicious.
Have you ever had a Cruffin ?? Croissant & Muffin ? , tastes as outrageous delicious as the name is !!Nice cafe, Cortado was excellent, so is the chocolate croissant.Large selection of bread and flour. The store is a local fav & super busy when we visited on a Saturday morning.Staff are very friendly .#Mustvisit
I would give this place six stars if I could. They bake all their own bread and pastries and they do it with imagination and absolute perfection. The sandwiches and sweets they make with their breads are just incredible. Each item I ordered (avocado toast for breakfast and club sandwich for lunch) was outstanding. The vibe is buzzy, helped with great coffee, kombucha and a fire pit outside. They are closed on Sundays which I totally understand because it's clear every single person who works here loves the place and works incredibly hard with crazy baker-hours and needs a day of rest so they can do it all again the next week!
The most delicious breakfast and baked goods I have had in my near memory. Everything looked so delicious it was hard to pick what to order. We started with a savory scone (bacon, guyerre and chive) that was the perfect balance of flavors and the texture was superb. Then we had the BEC on the baguette. Let me just say this is no ordinary BEC. The bread was perfectly toasted, the eggs soft and flavorful, a peppered bacon and a subtle yet important aoli to make this sandwich so memorable. I enjoyed the meal so much I purchased two items to go. FYI they are not open on Sundays. Great seating. Great outdoor area! I'll be thinking about this place until I can return!!
Niedlovs is one of if not my favorite place in chatt. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting and the food and baked goods are INCREDIBLE. The Turkey and goat cheese sandwich is so good that I can’t stop ordering it for lunch and the Fancy for breakfast on a BISCUIT is my favorite. They also make the best London Fog. Thankful for this establishment, they have been a go-to for me for three years now.
My wife and I really love this place. We arrived on Saturday morning around 11 am Chattanooga time. Parking can sometimes be a bummer but we did find a spot down the road. Niedlov’s has inside and outside seating and it was pretty busy. We waited a few minutes and then we ordered the crittons, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and the bagel and lox. We got two coffees and it was a great breakfast. The waitstaff was very friendly and were outstanding!
I really am not one to complain, and typically I absolutely adore this place, but I was honestly pretty annoyed today. I came in around 2:55 and was the only one in line. I stood there for around 3 minutes and had the staff just stare at me. Then, someone from a table said “excuse me” and proceeded to get in front of me in line only for her to have her order taken immediately. By the time I was able to order, the kitchen had closed. Respectfully, it’s not hard to notice a single person in line or tell other customers not to just hop in front of them. I really was looking forward to some delicious food today but I guess that wasn’t in my cards.
