Moe’s used to be my go to especially, pre pandemic, but this is a very unfriendly bunch of workers. Some can’t even hide their bias. I miss the old crew. Also, the trifling girl at the register put her hand in my bag to open it so, now I can’t eat the already handful of chips they give now. I never get extra queso, but I decided to this time and now I have to buy chips from the store. I guess I have to learn to cook everything at home.
The location at Gunbarrel rd in Chattanooga, TN is consistently a C score for me.. service is usually meh, cleanliness is average or worse than usual, and today 02/13/22 was the first time I've ever not been "welcomed to Moes" and to be honest I wasn't surprised. I have been to dozens of Moe's and purchased literally 200+ burritos over 10 years, and the closest Moe's to me is THE most disappointing one.
I've would never eat at this Moe's because it was a bad experience customer service was bad it was somkey in there one if the workers was making my burrito didn't rap it well it was hanging out the rapper
The friendliness was inviting at Moe's. They cater to this vegetarian eater.

Food was good. Service was absolutely horrible. Sign says they are open til 8:00; There are no other signs to say otherwise. However, I arrived right before 6:00 and the girl was annoyed I was there. No one greeted me even though there were three employees to be seen. The girl made a comment about how she “guessed she wouldn’t get to bake cookies at home since she’ll never get to close” and complained the whole time about being there. The man was spraying cleaner at the tables specifically surrounding me while eating which was disgusting to smell cleaner and possibly contaminating my food. While eating, they turned away multiple customers walking in stating that they were closed. Again, the food was good but the service was embarrassing. These people clearly should not be employed there.
Angry older man couldn't stop being passive aggressive to customers. Put the wrong thing on food despite me being directly in front of him speaking loudly and clearly. Then decided to scrape it off and keep going like nothing happened.
Friendly hardworking staff but overall not well ran. They will be randomly closed at various times that aren’t their posted hours. Additionally, the prices on the menu by door often don’t match the actual prices or the menu. The cashier was apologetic and said he didn’t think they have updated the menu prices yet. The franchise owner really needs to do better.
So I live close and love the food but you never know when there going to be closed from day to day. The hours are supposed to be open until 8pm but lately they have been closed as early as 6 pm. Not sure what’s going on but they definitely need to either update their hours or stay open until the hours that are listed.
Would not recommend this place the foods good but bad employees, this guy kept cleaning the tables every minute no joke I'm not saying that's a bad thing.
