Pretty disappointed. Waited to go here after seeing they were closed on Sundays. Finally had a Monday off to go and visit, online it says they’re open, but I figured I’d call just in case because I live far away.Their Facebook phone number is wrong, and not the company’s phone number.The Google phone number rang 3 times, then sent me to voicemail. Waiting 30 minutes and called again, they answered the phone and hung up on me before saying anything. So I’m not even sure it’s the correct phone number.Yelps phone number is also wrong.However, seeing as though it says open on Google & Facebook, I decided to go anyways. Drove 35 minutes from Soddy Daisy TN, (I’ve been in great need of a good tamale and was told to go there).The building is super small, looks absolutely disgusting and run down on the outside, but still, I proceeded into the drive thru. They were closed it seemed, as the “open sign” wasn’t on, and no one answered the window. I didn’t get out to try to open the door, because it’s a pretty scary looking side of town, and I was alone.Seriously a not so great experience. You should update your phone numbers, and actually answer the phone when people call, instead of answering and hanging up, that’s unprofessional by all means.I don’t think I’ll ever try to go back, seeming as though I was given less than Stellar service at the fault of having either wrong hours (got there around 12:30 so they should have been open) & no way to contact anyone. As a smaller business, you’d think you’d want correct information. I am an Operations manager for 2 business and having correct and updated information is crucial.If you’d like to take the gamble, do try and visit there. 50/50 chance they’ll be open when it says it is.
Worth stopping by. Tortas are man sized. Burritos were generous. Sopes perfect. Al pastor and shredded beef a must. Some of the best Mexican food around.
The tamales are the best! They ran out in the first hour of being open and next time we will order a head so we can take home some too. The tacos and empanadas were delicious. Wish we lived closer so we could eat here every week! Service was friendly and fast!
Absolutely Delicious asada empanada. A little to pricey for me12 bucks for 2 empanadas with a small cup of beans mashed in with rice.Very courteous and kind but will not go back because of prices.
Honestly it's been awhile since I found a restaurant that gives quality homemade tasting food. They definitely price the food fairly! They were really sweet and understanding about all of our questions. They gave our food pretty quickly. I don't live around here but I am willing to drive 5 hours for this food! I will be coming back!
Tasty, but not one of my tops. Higher prices and smaller portions that an actual restaurant. I was hoping this place would be a replacement for Filibertos, but it's not. If I'm in the neighborhood I might try them again but I'll get a different item.
