i like this place. steel cut oats and vegan muffin were both 10/10. service was fast, and the vibes were very good. bathroom lighting was a little dim, but they had my favorite hand dryer (dyson airblade) so it more than balances out. would come here again in a heartbeat if i lived anywhere nearby. my friends said the coffee was very good too. also, whoever was on aux knew what was up.
Never had a bad espresso shot here. Their baristas are top notch

GRACE is the most amazing barista I have ever had!!! Made my coffee the best it has ever been? a true ray of sunshine and my genuine bestie!! I came for the coffee, but stayed for Grace!
Grace is the BOMB DOT COMBest barista east of the mississippi. Super yummy burrito from the lovely people in the back, and my cold brew with oatmilk and lavender was stupendous. Loved my experience here and I will come back for sure. If you have the pleasure of having Grace as your barista, you should feel honored.

Great coffee, breakfast foods (favorite is their quiche), & pastries (favorite are the vegan mixed berry muffins & flour less brownies), cute place! Honestly, this has been my go to coffee shop because of their amazing customer service and their staff all wear masks. It has a great vibe overall and high cleanliness. Definitely recommend!!!
My boyfriend and and I were staying at the Aloft hotel next door and decided to stop in expecting to just get coffee and maybe a pastry before taking on the next part of our road trip. To our surprise we were handed a well built menu full of ~real~ breakfast options and not just pastries or the microwaveable sandwiches you might find at Starbucks (no offense to Starbucks).Matt greeted us very warmly upon entrance and him and the rest of the crew provided excellent service, quickly remaking a drink for us that came out hot instead of iced. You can tell Mean Mug uses very fresh ingredients to craft each menu item, and they don’t skimp on the portions either! Both of our drinks were delicious (my boyfriend got an iced americano while I got an iced chai latte) and we are very glad we stopped here instead of looking elsewhere.
