Very crowded and understaffed. Went inside as Drive Thru was backed up to the pumps. Went inside...line was long. Decided to attempt to order at the ordering kiosk. After several attempts another customer offered assistance. She too found it overwhelming. After 15 minutes I gave up. Got in line and finely spoke with a front counter employee.I attempted to order after telling the gentleman that the Kiosk was less then helpful. He said he had nothing to do with the Kiosk, so i began to order. He just stood there staring at me... doing and saying nothing. Finally I stopped and I asked the employee if he was awake and ready to take my order. I passes my hand back and forth in front of his face to see if he was awake and alert. Suddenly he braced his stance and struck an offensive pose.I backed off and said, " Perhaps we should take this exchange down a few notches". I stepped back from the front counter as did he.I ordered and paid for my food and stepped away. While waiting, I discovered all the napkin dispensers were empty and placed one on the "pick up" counter and told the manager. She responded they would be in my bag.My food was delivered completely wrong. I told the delivery Mgr. And she took my bag back and corrected my incorrect my breakfast sandwich. I had to go back to the front counter Again to get a straw as none were available at the beverage dispensing section.What's frustrating is that at time and for 10 years, I owned this particular McDonald's and seem to remember better service and better attitudes. As the owner I rarely ever missed a day of work and times when I didn't care for my customers.I gave them 2 stars because the food was was fresh and was finally prepared correctly.Finally, the Kiosk clearly says " assistance availble" I have yet to be in a McDonald's where there is a Lot and lobby person, or hostess, or anyone who can explain how your Kiosks work.Bruce Smith former O/O.
The food was great and I'm leaving a review because we've had several problems with this particular place. I suggest that they stop saying is that it or is that all like they're trying to rush you off I'm sure the company wants customers to complete their 6 person order instead of going somewhere else because they keep saying is that it and is that all, it's quite annoying!!!
One time the entire night shift was Snopp Dogg high. You could smell it from the drive through. Everytime I go, the fries are either old or cold

Normally would be a 4 star rating. Construction has the whole place wrecked. Staff was fantastic, but only could resolve an issue by wwiting through the drive thru line.
My order is always inaccurate. This is the second time within 2 weeks that Emmy order was incorrect. I simply ordered a $3 McDouble and small fry. Somehow my burger was made plain. I didn’t ask for anything special at all. Too many kids working in that store that don’t care
Service was good. Mcdonalds food seems to be making me sick everytime I eat it. Going to take a break from eating here for a while.
Mc.Donalds is just McDonalds, ice cream machines never work, cheeseburgers have more cheese paper than burger, fries always wax coated preservative cold, want to add or ask for extra condiments, you'll get it, slopped an smothered an soaked, save the burger paper cause you can slop another burger for free . makes up for the never working ice cream machine!! NOT!!
My kid loves to eat their fries. I always check to make sure they are fresh and good. They haven't disappointed us yet.
This McDonald's has made tremendous improvements over the past year or two. I use to avoid going there because it seemed they were always out of something or my order was messed up. Seems like they now have new management and new staff. Everyone seems friendly than before, they have what I want and quickly get me my correct order.
