When we entered the place we could hear the employees laughing in the kitchen area. There was nobody at the register. We placed our order at the kiosk and a young man came out and gave us drink cups. The drink station wasn't stocked very well but I was able to get what I needed. We went to sit and wait for our food to find that every table needed wiped down. When the young man brings our food to us the fries aren't exactly hot. They aren't cold either but definitely not fresh. My burger was raw in the center. So I threw away about half a sandwich. My husband discovered a raw spot in his as well hut had already eaten most of it. I tried to throw away my drink cup on the way out but the trash can was too full so I had to set it on top. This is the worst fast food experience I've had in a very long time.
Don’t waste your time going here. The food is never fresh or prepared correctly, I have even found hair in the meat before. Ice cream machine is always down. States online that it’s a 24 hour location but it’s not. They have their non- 24 hour hours listed on their window and you’re lucky if they are even there during the listed hours. Wait time is also horrible. If I could give this trashy store negative stars I would.
20 minutes to get nugs and fries.I'm sorry it's a custom order too hard to handle. Oh know I asked for no salt on my friesThere is literally no sense of urgency in this ?hole
Drive thru was busy. Inside was not. Gave us our food. Missing a sandwich and all the fries. They quickly fixed this. Found out (on the road) that we were missing a chicken nugget (only 5 in the 6 piece) and one of the burgers was made wrong.
Doors are open and more than enough employees inside, but refused to serve me as I walked in stating they are only serving drive-thru right now, so I can't get something to eat since I don't have a vehicle that'll fit through their drive-thru lane
States is 24hr location. Arrived at roughly 2:45am to get a quick bite for children during night drive. All outdoor lights off at the establishment. While there are employees inside. Multiple cars parked in parking lot. Appeared a employee to be sleeping at a table inside. Sat at the drive through box for a few minutes completely ignored. Don't waste your time going to this location during late hours
Thank you McDonald's spending a lot of time on the road in the mornings I love to stop to get your coffee out of the hundreds of times you've never forgot my cream and sugar
$10 waste...quarter pounder on a diet, clearly undercooked, stale bun and cold half order of fries. Service was great but food awful.
We went here in trenton during parade, so we walked down to get ice cream, but lobby was closed so we walked around through drive through and got to speaker to be informed that they wouldn't take our order by walking. We had be in car. So they was nice to tell us to come inside and then we was told they wasn't doing ice cream lol .This was an awesome experience anyway
You guys use the WRONG chicken for your chicken McGriddles!!! Ordered 2 this morning after walking over from the hotel to find the lobby closed. Walked back to get my car, drive thru… ordered my whole family’s breakfast to get back and discover you put SPICY chicken Patties on a chicken McGriddles. It’s suppose to be the fresh good chicken. The real chicken
