No staff at counter to take order, the machine for no contact order didn’t have receipt paper.The staff never acknowledged the 6 people in waiting room, that is including myself! They also never gave me my drink, after standing in the lobby for 15 minutes.Would like corporate to rectify this transaction & that store!Men’s bathroom has no urinal, & 2 buckets were places by the toilet for a roof leak, and apparently pee as well
Lock your doors and be sure all your windows are up in the drive through and when visiting the lobby. You'll have visitors asking for a handout. I've even offered to take them to help me on jobs and they made an accuse as to why they couldn't . And I would of paid them cash at the end of the day. Most of them just want things for free. And people do it time and time again so it's getting worse.
This was without doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We went through there about 5:00 one afternoon and ordered two plain hamburgers and a diet Coke with some extra ketchup packets. We had to ask for the packets twice. When I got the order I went in the bag and opened the hamburger and it was a cheeseburger with lettuce and a ton of onions and no condiments at all and it was stone cold. I mean it had been sittingsomeone in for a long time. I was very disappointed and I tried to eat it but it was really bad so I cannot recommend this place
This is a 24 hour Store. Working graveyard at 4:05 am, went through the drive through in my police car. Sat at the speaker to place order, no one would answer. Several other cars started lining up behind my police car. Ended up leaving without ordering, because no one would take my order. Hopefully the people behind me got served. Not sure if thing McDonalds doesn’t serve police or were they just not serving anyone tonight?
I usually don’t leave reviews but this place frustrated me so much today, there were only 2 cars in front of me and I had to wait 20 mins and then once they got to me, they got the order wrong and my burger is completely burnt. It cracks went you touch it and smells terrible
I don’t recommend this one at all. The only positive I can share is the food was edible. There were several employees - all bickering with one another except the one who was outside, in front of the restaurant, smoking. It didn’t appear she washed her hands upon reentry of the restaurant either. There was no ordering at the counter. It was self serve at a kiosk. We grabbed a number and entered it into the kiosk when we ordered thinking maybe they’ll bring it to the table - but my expectations were pretty low so I figured I ought to listen for them to call the number too. Nothing. I kept a hawk eye on the front counter - watched an employee haphazardly place a to-go bag on the counter and walk away. My gutt said - check it, its prob ours… it was. No announcement. No thank you. Absolutely no service at all. My 11 year old could run this place better than these folks. Stay away.
Absolutely terrible. The most consistently awful experience of any McDonalds I have ever been to.Don’t waste your time trying to mobile order or do curbside, because they will flat out refuse to bring your order out, won’t let you pick it up inside, and if you call them, the rude employees will tell you to “get in the drive thru line with everyone else”. If you can’t do curbside, quit advertising the service and block those parking spots off.Store management simply doesn’t care, nor does the district office. All you get is the same form letter apologizing and saying they’ll fix it, and they never do.
I'm a delivery driver & it's one of my least favorite places to pick up from! Especially at night time! I've only had 1 pickup that was good, the rest have been horrible! They are very rude!!! They change how we are able to pickup every time I go! I don't think people who pay the extra money for delivery services should have to wait so long for their order/food..
You'd think a McDonald's so close to a Ronald McDonald's house would have better service. They gave us the wrong drinks, then said we'd have to go back around through the drive through line to get the correct ones. Even then, still did not get it right.
Best McDonald’s experience of my life! Excellent serves , even with a smile from all the members! Will be recommending this location to ALL friends and family! Food came out fast and hot and my smoothie is excellent and not as sour as I’d imagined it being! Seriously all employees deserve some kind of raise because excellent service!
